Easy access to apartments with key code provided on the day via SMS with a welcoming message. The apartment had every comfort and was spacious, spotlessly clean, and although my room was on the first floor overlooking a pedestrianised area with cafes and shops, the double glazing cut out all external noise. The room was tastefully decorated and expensively equipped. Great value for money.

My only complaint was that I was unable to connect to the Wifi.

The property is in a great central location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, the property is in walking distance from the train and bus station , The apartment itself is spotless clean, with a comfortable bed and crisp linen

The property can be quite noisy during the night but it didn’t bother us too much , and also I booked a luxury apartment, but it was missing a microwave and toaster which I would have used during my stay nevertheless it was well equipped with crockery and utensils.

Great location right in the city centre, a lot of shops and restaurants around, bus stops less than 5 mins away, good soundproof windows(which is very important with the crowded loud street under the windows), very comfortable bed, light room with good furniture and decor, system of self check-in/check-out. In the kitchen part you can find dishes, sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, which is enough to make fast breakfast or have a snack.

The bathroom could be cleaner, please get rid of the black mold in the shower, it’s not that hard and expencive🙏

The room was very clean, spacious, and in a good stand. The bed was very comfortable, there were good amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom, the shower was very nice and big. The view from the room gives directly on the main street but because it is from 3rd floor it was nice. Also the closet was big enough for all our clothes, and the apartment is located in the center of Kiel.

Everything was really clean except for the towel heater which was very dusty. Also, we did not see any information about the kind of TV available in the room which only give access to German channels. Maybe if it was clearly informed we would have packed a computer and a cable to connect to the TV. These are very small detail though, it was a great stay!

Location was great in the city center. No traffic noise because apartment was in pedestrian area. Clean and modern apartment. There was a pin code to open doors so you didn't have to use a key which was convenient. Grocery store and a cafe which served delicious breakfast were located downstairs.

Closed windows do not keep the noise from the pedestrian zone out! Not much crockery or cutlery, no small knife for cutting an apple but okay for one or two people.. I would have liked a message/e-mail e.g. the day before arrival that announces when/how the key code would be delivered. But everything worked fine: the code was messaged about three hours before my arrival time.

Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is very big and has a nice big shower, and the location right in the pedestrian zone is excellent. Shops, restaurants, cafes etc are all within a minute's walk. Still, it's not noisy. Check-in was straightforward.

I liked everything about it.

Great location close to the central station and on the main street filled with shops. Spacious and clean. Our room was facing to the inner yard so it was quiet other than the seagulls gathering there, and with closed windows they were also no problem.

Good location, good size apartment, beds were clean and comfortable.

Elevator was too small for our double stroller, so we had to hike it up the stairs. Seagulls and loud (human) night owls made it so we couldn't have the windows open at night.

Terrible communication with the hotel manager. The hotel assumes self-check-in according to the instructions received. Instructions were not provided. Made numerous inquiries - with no specific answer. Stood in front of the hotel entrance after 22 hours. Local passers-by helped to contact the administrator in German and get a code for settling.
