I liked the friendly staff and the fair price.

I arrived late and I got access to my room through the main door and lobby, which was not supposed to be unlocked at that time. When I realized it, I worried the whole night that someone could break-in and steal something. Luckily nothing happened, but I wasn't able to lock the door. It is not a negative, but maybe the staff should take extra precautions to lock the doors every night.

The staff was super friendly, we could check in before the check in time and could leave our luggage there after checking out. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It‘s close to the main station were basically all the buses go by.

I honestly don't understand some reviews... The hotel was way better than we expected from the comments. First of all, the location! Quiet neighbourhood, two steps from the train station, many options around to eat something and supermarkets, and so close to the center on foot. Secondly, the cleanliness. It was way too clean than others describe, it smelled so nice and fresh. The room was comfortable, beautiful decorated and big enough, the matresses were so good, we got so much rest! And we had heat as much as we wanted, it was self controlled. The reception lady was very polite and helpful. The breakfast had variety, was healthy, priceworthy and delicious. It was a very nice and decent hotel for the money we spent. We will definitelly come back.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was completely fine, basic and comfortable, perfectly adequate given the low price.

There were some minor calcifications in the shower which gave an unclean appearance.

Everything was fine!

The breakfast was limited but good. Location, next to Sophienhof and two blocks from Hauptbahnhof, was great.

The shower was a bit small due to inconvenient hanging things on the wall. Having no elevator can be a bit of a hassle.

Very nice place. It was clean, warm, quiet and close to the center. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it :)
