Gorgeous, beautifully designed resort that offers a peaceful escape from Santorini's crowded hotspots. Our room was comfortably large with a stunning double-shower bathroom and a wonderfully sized private patio, hidden in the resort's lush gardens. The resort features a truly amazing pool area (I believe it's the largest pool in the island) that never felt like it was too crowded. Breakfast was deliciously rich and varied. Staff was always friendly, with the whatsapp concierge service being a helpful tool in making restaurant arrangements across the island. I highly recommend using the spa area and booking a massage or treatment: the sauna, steam room and cold plunge were great, the indoor-outdoor spa pool was very peaceful and my massage was an absolute treat! The resort's restaurant ("Elio's") was quite pleasant and had a delectable menu. The resort is only a 5-10 minute drive from Fira as well as from the airport (don't worry, fly-over planes were not an issue at all), which makes it an excellent base for getting around the island, especially when renting a car. We'd definitely consider returning to Noūs on our next visit to Santorini.

In slightly windy conditions, the pool umbrellas needed to stay closed. On an island where winds are not rare, I'm sure the hotel can find more wind-resistant umbrella solutions to keep the guests safe from over-exposure to the summer sun.

We stayed in a private pool suite and everything about the room was wonderful. Very spacious and loved the contemporary decor which was just to our taste. Pool was a decent size and nice to have the privacy to relax in your own space. We did spend our check-out day using the main hotel pool and it was also great. It’s massive - I believe it’s the largest pool in Santorini. There is loads of space round the pool and lots of loungers. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, which we really liked as it was nice and chilled out and we had plenty of room to ourselves. The whole hotel is beautiful with a very serene atmosphere. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Really liked that you could contact them on WhatsApp for anything you need. Breakfast was fantastic, has everything you could ever desire including good vegetarian options. Ordering the chocolate cake at dinner is an absolute must - you won’t regret it!

Initially, we were really disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options at dinner (only really one option and we were staying a few nights), but the restaurant staff were very helpful and made it right - so a negative became a positive! Was really impressed with this level of customer service.

The modern architecture of the hotel, THE MOST attentive staff ever, the room was a generous size and had a wonderful garden with a plunge pool, the hotel is really peaceful, the spa facilities (especially the sauna and ice pool where incredible), the size of the outdoor pool and the outdoor bar were really good, the breakfast was the best breakfast we had during our stay in Greece. The concierge was also fantastic and they would book everything for us, you would just text them what you wanted to do and it would get booked, with no hassle for the guest. They also upgraded us to a bigger room which was appreciated.

Little things such as the repaint job done in the bathroom in the room, and the holder of the toilet paper was cooked. They also charged me a "service fee" of 5 Euros to bring ice to my room, which for the price we are paying to stay there was a bit unexpected and seems to be a bit of petty rule by the hotel management.

The room and the entire resort was wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was the driver who took me to the airport. I'm not sure if he worked for the resort, but I requested a driver through the resort. On the drive to the airport, when he figured out I was American, he talked about a vulgar meme ("hawk tuah girl") in front of my wife and two underage daughters, proceeded to get very political out of nowhere, and then concluded the drive by mentioning Andrew Tate. It was a very distasteful conclusion to what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Free room upgrade to a bungalow with a pool! That was a lovely start to the holiday! Very grateful!

Whilst the staff are lovely and friendly , it’s not 5 star service . Shouldn’t ever have to ask for wine / ashtray 4-5 at times at dinner before it’s served . Couple of cases the food came before the wine did . Sell yourself (and charge ) as 5 star - be 5 star . It’s quite a few minor things but it’s the difference between being very good and excellent .

Beautiful structure in a central location, very convenient for easily reaching the whole island. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the SPA area is perfect and peaceful.

We loved Nous! I really appreciated our beautiful huge room with so many thoughtful touches like yoga mats and two different brightness settings for the lights, as well as our lovely private pool. The staff was super nice and helpful and the main pool and spa pool were both stunning. The breakfast buffet was really tasty with a wonderful variety. The gym was also really nice and well equipped.

If I had to pick something I think my only complaint might be the location because we didn’t realize it wasn’t practical/safe to walk to/from Fira (we knew it was a longish walk but not that there weren’t really sidewalks) and traveling around via taxi was a bit expensive. But everything else was wonderful! The hotel isn’t located on the water so there isn’t as much of a view but I felt like the pools and space made up for that.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, literally everyone (receptionists, breakfast staff, security, house keeping… everyone!). They go above and beyond to help. They made us feel so welcome and they never gave us a no for an answer. You can communicate with them via WhatsApp, so handy! We loved and really appreciated their “yes, we can do it” attitude. We were quite demanding to accommodate our sons needs and they were more than happy to help. Thank you for treating us so well, consistently. The room was outstanding. Beautiful decoration, very new and well maintained furniture, different pillow options, spotless clean. They provided a cot, a bottle heater and a little bath for our baby but they offered an endless list of equipment for him (i.e. playmat, and lots of other things). We really enjoyed chilling in our room garden that overlooks the pool area and the beautiful Pyrgos village. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. Really, it couldn’t be any better. Again, they can do anything you want and we ate so much every day… it was so delicious! The food they prepared for our baby (porridge, fruit puree etc.) was perfect and very healthy. Thanks for feeding us so well. The hotel is situated outside a not so touristy village called Mesaria, I’d say you need to have a car if you want to explore the island. We hired a car at the airport and visited pretty much every village - everywhere is easy to get to (max. 20 min drive). Also, we loved the restaurants around the hotel, quite local and serving the most delicious traditional food. We had pizza one night from a place nearby too and it was great. Because the weather was nice but not too hot, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. This was a bit of a shame because the pool area looked so good, beautifully designed and overlooking the sea and mountain.

Exceptional service with all of the staff trained very well and speaking good English. Management have done a great job in finding staff who are at the top of their industry. The general manager was very helpful in switching rooms for us when we initially arrived as we wanted a slightly better view. All of the bar staff and dining staff were also very good with some inventive cocktails and amazing food. The hotel has also been designed exceptionally well and built to a high standard. For example the spa pool has a great swim inside and outside design.

The view of some rooms is not of the traditional santorini feel e.g white and blue buildings, and sea view. However, this is a new type of hotel that should tick all of the boxes for leisure and corporate travellers.

Great location if you want peace and quiet. If you’re wanting to venture out to the busier areas like Fira and Oia note the cabs in Santorini are costly!
