Hotel staff were amazing. So helpful. Called us taxis printed out step by step instructions for getting to the race track, brilliant. Very clean and so easy to text and sort things out for room etc code to get into the building and water.

The shower head wasn’t the best, but totally useable.

Extremeley pleasant staff both at front of house reception and the bar and restaurant areas, we had a bit of a language problem but overcome that with the use of google translator staff were so patient and accomodating. Breakfast was really good, excellent choice for veg and non vegetarians.

The set menu for the evening meal was limited especailly for vegetarians but the restaurant staff were happy to bespoke our meals so were flexible and patient. The price of our meal and a few alcoholic drinks was very reasonable.

The hotel’s personell were very nice and friendly. Hotel was clean, internet was perfect and in sum the hotel was really good

The staff was super nice. We would do late checking after reception closed, but the receptionist stayed an extra hour until we arrived

Rooms and elevator definitely need a renovation. However it's a good stay for the price.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, and in the evenings in the bar nicest guy - Gianluca was making super cocktails 👌😎

Sound isolation of doors wasn't very good, could hear every noice from corridor... And smell of some air refreshener in corridor was so pungent and strong that it could cause tears from your eyes and breathing troubles😂 I understand that it was with the best of intentions, however it caused some discomfort.

The place is very nice and clean, the staff is friendly and very useful. Very good breakfast we really enjoy it.

Unfortunately the place is not in central location, a bit uncomfortable to move without car. We had a really good time but there was couple of family with kids very very noisy.

Fabulous hotel, reasonable price but excellent staff which makes all the difference. Having just driven through France where the staff were once again just not welcoming.

Bed was a little hard but this is so subjective that probably not worth mentioning. It is not a complaint just a comment.

You need to pay 10 euro for underground parking, but there are just few places so is necesarly to let key at recepetion in case they need to move your car.
