Nice apartment. Front desk staff very nice.

The gym room itself was quite satisfactory, well-equipped and maintained. However, the experience was marred by the fitness trainer who was constantly using the equipment, leaving little to no opportunity for guests to utilize the machines. The gym's size was also a bit of a letdown as it wasn't very spacious. The most disappointing aspect was the trainer's lack of consideration and assistance for the guests. It seemed as though she was using the gym more for her personal benefit rather than assisting and guiding the guests. This significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The apartment was well appointed and clean, and the staff were excellent --they spoke fluent English and were always willing to help - the gym was small but probably the best hotel gym I have experienced in over 40 years of travel and over 50 countries. It was near a supermarket and walking distance to malls

The only two things that negatively impacted my stay were that the swimming pool was not open, but it was advertised in booking.com as being open . I spoke with staff about this, and they upgraded me to a better room.- so they did the best they could, but it should have been advertised that the pool was not open The construction work on the top level was pretty noisy during the day - but they are trying to improve their hotel so there was not much the coukd do about it

they have to get wifi on the 11th floor on the terrace and they have to clean the pool in the morning every day

The host Ashley was very friendly and nice. When I got to the hotel it was very clean and bright. The check in was super easy and fast. When i got to ny room I noticed there wasn't a safe there so I let Ashley know and with in minutes I really. mean minutes she had another room for me with a safe with no problem.. All the staff I encounter was very pleasant including the security, I ask him to pay for my guess cab because had to go back to the the for minute with no question he ok. I appreciate the whole experience. I will be there again. P.S.the pool was cool on the on the roof.

The bed was very comfortable but I wish it was a king, that will not stop from returning.

The property is gated and has security. They are Cute little condos with the basic essentials. Nicely located near all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space.

These are a few things that could improve and should already be in the condo, like having hangers in the closets, having an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and extra towels like two sets of towels not just 1 set. The bed had only two sleeping pillows and I easily sleep with two just like my husband. So four pillows would be ideal as it's pretty standard in hotels. The front staff was super friendly and very attentive. They provided us with hangers, pillows, towels, iron/board after we asked for it.

I booked here especially because I saw they had a completely gym. Believe me for every woman that needs to get there workout done daily I really recommend this location. Especially I am in body building so this was an amazing option and most importantly it has kitchen where I was able to cook my food everyday. And waking distance to the suppermarket

Me and my husband stayed here for a week. The only thing I did not like was that it was hardly to get someone to refresh the room or change a towel etc. So I had to be down constantly asking for towel change or a trash bag to change the trash etc etc. But happy there was 2 girls working at the front desk one sometimes in the night and the other in the morning luckily they were very friendly and always out of there way to help me out wanever I needed a help around

I loved the swimming pool on the roof, it was very clean and to be honest i loved it that it was all to myself lol. i loved it that it was on a high floor so i had a good view from my balcony..

there weren't many tv channels..very few.. utensils were very basic in the kitchen but i didnt have to cook so ok..i wish i had somewhere to put my toothbrush and toothpaste and other toiletries..rather than sitting on the edge of the sink. the receptionist was ok but not overly friendly and i had to go back downstairs to ask for the wifi password..she could have mentioned it..and give me a little introduction..but altogether fine

Everything was perfect. Great fridge/freezer. Great staff. the curtains in the room and apartment. It’s impossible to obscure the room. Result is early wake up in the mornings.

it is central, the apartments have a small kitchen where you can cook and that there is a swimming pool

I was there 1 year ago and then there was no wifi on the 11th floor where the swimming pool and outdoor area are and I told them they had to get it but when I came back nothing had been done. it's too bad when you have wifi on all floors except 11.
