The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My flight was late and l check in at about 2am . I had peace of mind when l called to say the time l will be there and was assured it will be ok.

There was nothing to dislike. If you travel the world you will understand that you pay for what you get . I needed a place to stay for a few hours before moving to my more expensive hotel, to save on having to pay for an extra day.

Always love the location and the staff. Rooms always clean.

I’ve been here a few times. Never look forward to the two stories worth of steps from the street to the “front desk”. But it doesn’t stop me from going. This trip there was no soap in the room but I had my own.

This is the cheapest hotel in the central area; an amazing find! The staff made this place for me, as they were full of smiles and keen to help. My room was pleasant; large and airy, with pristine sheets and good internet. Free coffee in the morning was a total bonus!

The property is in a great location. Close to the caribe tours bus station and in the middle of La zona colonial. Rooms are always clean and nice. Staff is great and friendly.

The stairs. Jajajajaja. Oh, and the refrigerators don’t have adapters unless you ask. But sometimes they can’t find them. Oh well.

The location for the price was an incredible value. Comfortable room. A/C, shower, nice bed.

The refrigerator didn’t work. The plug adapter was lost. The TV Netflix worked the first night. Not the second night. Was asking for a code that nobody had. That wasn’t a big deal.

The location of this Hotel is perfect for a low budget traveler. It's close to everything in walking distance.

There should be nothing to complain about given the low cost of the accommodation for such a location.

Had ac. It was on 24hrs. At night was cold. Private bathroom and queen bed which was comfortable. Location great.

Aesthetically not great but functional which counts. Fridge doesn’t work and small ants in kitchen so don’t keep any food.
