This hotel is a gem! Not only is it beautiful from the exterior, but it is also filled with beautiful art and decor on the inside. The location is fantastic in the Colonial Zone, rich in history, and the staff is top notch! Shout out to Milan, Ashley, and Herby. I was traveling alone and meeting them, I didn't feel so alone. I stayed here twice within a week. Both times, the check-in process was smooth and friendly. My first room was in the antique side with a balcony. Comfy bed & linens and great AC. My second time, I had a room on the contemporary side with floor to ceiling windows, massive bathroom, and same as my first room, comfortable bed and AC. Breakfast was always fresh, tasty, and decent variety. The chef who prepares dinner, each time served delicious dishes. The salmon and skirt steak were the best I've had in a while. I look forward to staying here again.

Loved the location. It was close to a lot of restaurants and the center of the colonial zone (close to the historic sites) . The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping was good . I felt safe .

The old part of the building , paint was falling from the walls on the outside , I suggest a little upgrade to some of the facilities in the room, the tiles , the walls , just a little paint job . I think there needs to be more workers who are bilingual , I communicated less because I couldn’t understand their Spanish nor them my English . Breakfast was limited , it was mostly the same things every morning .

The hotel is in a very nice location in zona colonial…walking distance from touristic areas…plazas where you will find lots of cafes bars etc. and cathedrals museum and shopping street. The hotel has a nice rooftop where you can have drink eat and relax…also breakfast is also served on a terrace which was nice each morning…I would recommend this place if you are visiting the area….

The gym is not a gym…it has one treadmill and a few weights…also the rooms can be a bit small when you have two suitcases open…but other than these two small details…the hotel is awesome and would still recommend this

The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the points of interest in the zona colonial, the hotel has been nicely renovated with most modern amenities, and has a great rooftop lounge where you can unwind at the end of the day with wonderful views. An abundant breakfast was included and overall you get good value for your money. Some rooms are nicer than others because they added a new building to the historic house. The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating.

The first room I got had no windows and that was a huge disappointment at first but they made sure I got a new room the next day.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, polite, efficient and made us feel so at home. My partner left a ring in the room and the staff were able to retrieve it for her. Very impressive. Breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless.

The airconditioning didn't work in our initial room, so we had to change rooms, which was a little stressful as it was after 10 pm. The only other issue is that noise does carry throughout the area we were staying and while it didn't impact our sleeping it was noticeable.

Location, amenities, the rooftop is great place Staff is professional, helpful and welcoming There are 2 sides of the hotel. One modern - feels new and one historical. I like the colonial more bc of the feel.

Not all rooms have windows looking out. Some has the window in the bathroom looking into a wall. But you can ask for a room with one. You will hear the street life in this room but I prefer this over no view. The hotel is really accommodating to guest's needs

The hotel as been renewed since i stayed there last a couple years back. I really liked the changes, the colors and the art on the walls. The rooms were very clean, with spacios bathrooms. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with our accomodations. I really appreciated that. Everything (restaurants, museums, bars) is within walking distance. Thank you to the staff at front desk for their help!

I wished my room had side lamps on the tables. As a bookworn, i appreciate being able to have close by, comfortable light to read, and i don't like using ceiling room light.

The variety and quality of breakfast items was great! Front desk staff were wonderful and gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants nearby. Location in the heart of the historic sites and cafes was perfect.

The extra fee for the “superior” balcony - for such a small room with no chairs we may as well have not booked the balcony room. And it was right above a shop that blared loud music until 2-3 am every night - bring ear plugs. Still, it was a great stay and we’d do it again!

The hotel (interior & exterior) and rooms look clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. Within walking distance to what you want to see in Zona Colonial. Food at rooftop restaurant.

Channels on TV, mostly movies, bad reception, The same two CNN programs in English appeared twice on different channels. Just one French language program a talk show. Should have had a world news BBC, CNN, a lot of local stations, 1 paid religious program. Keep the scrambled eggs warm! No windows in room. No blow dryer. There was construction next door. Outdoor grilling smoke is blown into rooftop restaurant.

I enjoyed that both the check-in staff and Check out staff spoke English. This was very helpful. Paid $11.00 for on site parking which was ok price. Breakfast was medium-ok not to many option but had the basic cheese, sausage, eggs, bread and coffee etc. Also it was on the rooftop. Wi-Fi was free and great. Hotel and room very clean, AC was cold. Hotel allowed for my friend who arrived early to place their bags and when we left they allow for us to leave the car for 2 hours while we walk around. Hotel is very close to the old town (Columbus) square 5 min walking distance. Safe area no issues at night or day. Elevator for use to the rooms I also want to especially thank Ashley who was the check out staff, she was the inly one at the counter and was very helpful and experienced.

oom without window You can hear everything from upstairs and in the hallways Shower water pressure was low and not hot. No free in room water. Charged $4. There is a local store across the street for .50 water.
