The location is amazing and all girls from the bar at the cafeteria are so friendly and welling to help all guests when you asked any questions. I love the view of Zona Colonial of Santo Domingo, Dom Rep. So beautiful and a lot restaurants around the area. I recommended this hotel if you want to see the historical part of Santo Domingo.

I did not like they took away the breakfast which before was included in any booking. They have to build an elevator as soon as possible its very difficult when you have suitcases to go to your room without an elevator.

Clean room and bathroom. Excellent bedding, super comfortable. Would have wanted to have a room with a balcony but none was available. The location is perfect for what we wanted it, a night partying in zona colonial. I’ll definitely be back. It’s hard to find parking in this area and if you need overnight parking, will have to park in the garages “municipales”.

We ordered a veggie omelette at the restaurant and it only had onions and yellow peppers. It was also very oily and not tasteful.

The property and its location are excellent, right in the center of the colonial zone. We spent our evenings people watching and listening to busters play music. Our room was comfortable and clean. The attached restaurant has outdoor seating and is adorable but the food is mediocre. I would stay there again just for the location.

The staff were at best dismissive, at worst rude. They were all disappointing.

Location is right in the heart of the Colonial zone (be sure you like street music!), having the restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. I got to practice my Spanish. Our room was large with a corner balcony, very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly good water pressure.. The mini fridge and A/C worked great which was important at 100° F

Fourth floor walkup helped keep us in shape! The rooms could use a new coat of paint but very charming .

REALLY disappointing you don't provide one small bottle of water for brushing your teeth!!! I've been in the DR for 4 years. We've never stayed in any other hotel or Air B&B, that didn't furnish some small amount of free water (since you can't drink water from the tap). We had to track down a grocery store to buy/bring back water (we weren't going to pay the crazy prices of the stocked fridge in the room). Really poor customer service/room value for this price point (and so easily remedied)!

Perfect location for navigating Colonial Zone. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are always very helpful. Covered parking garage nearby.

Still think at least one small bottle of free water should be in room for brushing teeth (at this price point). Really miss having a coffee maker in the room. We wake up VERY early and there is nowhere to get coffee for several areas (within the hotel or in the Colonial Zone)! We notice this every time we visit.

Upon arriving at reception and noticing my mobility problem, they informed us that the reserved suite was on the 4th floor and they placed us in a smaller one on the first floor, adjusting the price. All with great kindness and respect.

We had the balcony room on top level under the name of the hotel. The room was great! It’s located right above where a lot of the action happens so if you can’t handle a little noise, it might not be the room for you. However, for us it was a great few days. The shower was hot. The AC was perfect at night. The location is centrally located and in walking distance to many attractions.

I really love the location of this hotel-right in front of the Parque Colon where a lot of activities are happening and this is the place if you enjoy people watching ❤️ Their restaurant also offers good food… Staff are nice too…

This is the first time in my many years of being a Booking.com client that the price has a “minor/slight” difference from what It’s only around 10.50 USD difference not really a big deal but was told at first, conversion difference that’s why it was higher than the total price I was given or another option that if I pay cash- the price from Booking.com will be honored? Just letting future clients know about this so they won’t be surprised…

You will not find an hotel in this area that has a better location than this one. We drove passed a lot of other hotels on my favourite list but I was so happy we choose this one! It is located right at a plaza which gives a really open feel instead of just another hotel on the street. Also the balconies are so cute! I loved hearing the street musicians at night and in the morning. If you need absolute silence to sleep bring earplugs (which u would probably need if u would stay anywhere else in this area anyways). There was always something to see on the plaza. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff really nice and helpful. The restaurant was also great!
