The location is the best for us. The front desk staff were very attentive and courteous as usual. Thanks to Gabrielle and partner. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

On this return trip, we were disappointed with the quality of food at lunch. We opted to have a lunch in the restaurant and ordered sancho, not available, then ordered a burger with blue cheese, not available. Settled for a club sandwich which was chicken salad and much to my disappoint had several tiny bones through it. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

First from the check in... I came before the 5:00 check in but they let me leave by luggage until check in time whcih was about three hours. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything was smooth. The breakfast was great because I don't eat much and they had many choices. I'd rate it at Contential Plus. There was a variety of hot food , meats, and much to drink. They have a taxi driver named Javier. He is the best. He drove us for 5 days all over the place and stayed and waited until we were done. We even went to Boca Chica to the playa. The breakfast was the deal maker but add Javier and you got a winning combination. Thanks Javier. Thanks Staff.

I thought ALL rooms had the spa tub because I have conditions from multibody trauma injures and having an active life but that's NOT the case. Email them or call them first to verify your choice BEFORE you make reservations. The place has over 2,300 reviews so they must be doing somethig right.

The modern hotel is located in the center of the Zona Colonial. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were delicious. The room was comfortable, perfectly clean and cleaned daily with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a safe in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel.

The hotel did not provide free drinking water. There were no shelves in the wardrobes in the room.

Location in the best region of the old town Zona Colonial. 24h front desk. Private gym. Good tips on where and how to take a bus to Punta Cana. Good shower.

The personnel is helpful, but not all speak English. There was a desk, but no chairs at all in our room. The air conditioner was blowing way too strong for a small room, but too hot without it. After a whole night of rain the corridors of the hotel were wet in many places. Our room stayed dry though.

The location is excellent in the heart of the Historical Zona Colonial of the city. The room and staff were excellent, friendly and with attention to detail.

The gym is a new addition to this property, and it is convenient. However, there were no water cups to drink water from, and as far as equipment, it's ok for a short trip, but they didn't' have mats to do floor exercises. This can be improved.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great in the Colonial Zone - so easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was good, if a little crowded. The terrace is lovely!

Our first night, we were in a room in the front along the main street with a balcony. It was way too loud. The good news is that we spoke to the staff in the morning and they moved us to a room in the back and it was perfect!

The location was great. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel set up a taxi to pick me up from the airport and to go back to the airport. They asked if I needed help with anything. In particular the reception team was fantastic.

There were two minor things. The first is that my room did not have any sort of table that you could sit at to eat or to write. The second is that the hotel gym is visible from the street. This made me feel uncomfortable at times because people could look in and watch.

Location, staff, clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

Rooms next to the elevator can be a little bit uncomfortable when trying to sleep since you can hear people talking when getting in and out of the elevator.

Great hotel located in the very heart of Santo Domingo colonial district. Just few steps away from the city's main plaza and the museums. We loved the fact that although we stayed at weekend and the streets were super loud, the rooms guaranteed perfect silence. We also really enjoyed the breakfast!

The room overall was a very nice size, included was a mini bar in room for extra expenses. It’s a peaceful sleep and breakfast was good. Great location and comfortable . Definitely would stay again. Beautiful boutique hotel in a historical district.

The bathroom was tiny and didn’t include wash cloths but provided hand towels and bath towels. You have to remove the drain out of the shower so it won’t flood your room. Elevator was super confusing at first lol and super tiny lol
