We like that it is located in the Zona Colonial and it is very convenient to visit all the historical sites there. We also like that it is located in a quiet street so when you return from your daily and or nightly activities you come to a very quiet area and can rest without any disturbances or noise. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again.

The morning of our checkout I noticed a stain on one corner of the duvet cover. It was red (clearly blood). I dismissed it knowing that neither me nor my wife had gotten a cut, or bled nor ate in the room (although it was clearly not red sauce). However, a few minutes later, at checkout; they sent someone to check the room and they sent a picture of the stained duvet and charged me a fee for it. I didn't check before so I didn't argue but I could swear it wasn't there for the previous 4 days we were there. So, guest beware and check everything on the day you check in. Other than that we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Great location at the center of Zona Colonial. The receptionists are always friendly and responsive (in English too), and they were able to store my luggage before check-in (I arrived early). The hotel is very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is great (hot water always available, water pressure is perfect), the bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked great and fast in my room. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The price is really affordable so overall it’s a great value for money.

Location was great! Walking distance to the main plaza Room was ok, looks clean, with housekeeping service daily. I have to say my regards to the reception staff - they were always smiling and ready to help. The lady in the morning shift, the gentleman in the afternoon shift and the guy in the night shift.

Soundproofing. You can hear people talking at the lobby. I stayed here twice. On my first stay, I checked in past 3pm, the room was ready but the reception told me that there are no bath towels available.....

Booked one night and decided to book again when we came back to SD. Amazing location, close to main street in zona colonial, the staff were always willing to help and the breakfast served in the restaurant was very good

To be honest, we really liked everything, the second room was small but felt the price was fair for what they offer

The room is very comfortable, even for stays of several days. The breakfast is the best of this hotel since it is very varied, and the location of the restaurant makes it ideal to start the day. It is a clean, tidy place, very well located, making it a very good option to stay in Santo Domingo.

The attention of the staff is not always the best. It is something common not only here but in almost all bars, restaurants, taxis, museums, and other places in the Dominican Republic. They tend to be inattentive and unreceptive, and sometimes they seem peevish. Surely it is not intentional, but it could be annoying for some visitors, considering that in other countries nearby, the attention is a plus.

The front desk agent Yendri/Gendri was really nice and helpful,but all of the agents were helpful. The space was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was nicely designed and looked classy

There isn't enough soap in the bathrooms. When I asked for more soap the male clerk told me it was enough. He can't decide for me what soap,etc I need. My TV would not work properly.

The location is perfect! We also very thankful for night check in- we had late arrival of the flight and asked to accommodate us at 3 am! For the team it was not a problem. The breakfast in the heart of the city - tasty and healthy

Everything was clean, but the drain in the shower was clogged and the water did not go out. As we checked in very late - we did not ask to fix. But I am sure it would be fixed immediately. Also there is no windows, at least in our room. But there was enough fresh air still

Location was excellent, just two blocks from main square. Breakfast was at a cafe , which worked well. The room was large and clean. There were no windows, which I knew when booking, this meant no traffic noise but felt a bit claustrophobic after a few days. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful

Bathroom seems, newly renovated, but the work done is not professional done,, Probably need better work done.. Plus lighting on the halls stays on all night long, so is hard to get rest properly.. Found out till last night, that there were a switch which could be turned off..

Excellent staff and welcome. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Great location in the heart of Zona Colonial for local attractions, restaurants and bars. Appreciated staff responsiveness and efforts to address concerns.

Need to pay more attention to bathroom fittings and kitchenette utensils and maintenance.
