- Extremely clean! - Comfortable beds. - Both front desk staff were great: helpful, kind, fluently bilingual. - "Pet in room" signs for door handles are a great idea: all hotels should do this! - Free parking onsite. - Very quiet rooms on an upper floor near enough to each other to be convenient for us. - Good location in Montreal east only a few minutes drive from Biodome / Olympic Stadium and Galeries d'Anjou shopping area. *** GPS is highly recommended to navigate roadways in this area and GPS signal may confuse Hwy 40 with Metropolitaine roadway that are next to each other.

We don't appreciate pet fees at any hotel since our dog is much cleaner than most humans.

The people! Clean but very sparsely furnished. We had asked for adjoining rooms but didn’t get them and we had asked for two beds in one of the rooms but the pullout was actually great. Thanks so much

We had breakfast and it was very nice. The stuff was absolutely amazing friendly happy couldn't ask for any better.

Everything was very nice staff, room, no complaints at all. You have exceptional staff. We have stayed here before and that's why we're back.

It was literally an overnight stay for family responsibilities in the area. We didn't avail ourselves of any amenities. However this was our 3rd stay here and the staff, as always, was excellent, gracious and accommodating.

I wasn't impressed we the elevated parking site. The stairway to access it had not been cleared of ice and snow, making it extremely hazardous. This was 2 days after the latest snowfall. I reported it to the staff when I checked in, but when I left the next morning it hadn't been rectified.

overall I like my stay except need little warmer and more comfortable duvet and blankets 😌

My duvet and blanket was so light and I was freezed during my 2 night stay..

I have asked for room service which request wasn't fulfilled so I was a little disappointed however it was a good experience

The fold-out bed was one of those cute small ones. Passably comfortable. The pillow, however, was divine. The best hotel pillow I’ve ever had. I removed two pillowcases trying to identify it so I could buy one but couldn't figure it out.

The hotel was near a very busy highway, making the on/off hectic, but once there it was in a nice walkable neighborhood of apartments with a great Italian restaurant and a large market across the bridge.

Accessible location. Was beside the highway and about 20-30 minutes from downtown Montreal. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby! Overall, great value.

Beds could have been a little bit comfier, but for the value, there isn't much to complain about.

Front staff that evening was a great help trying to get us a place to eat. Very friendly and professional.

Pull out couch really uncomfortable. REALLY uncomfortable. felt all the springs. no breakfast pop machine was out of everything carpet feels really dirty way too expensive for this kind of hotel.
