Even though it may look a bit strange or neglected from the outside, inside the hotel looks brand new and is equipped properly. The staff spoke English, there was parking space available in a small backyard as well as on the street. The place offers breakfasts, but we did not try them. The staff recommended some restaurants for a dinner. Location is very close to the old part of the city centre (5 mins. by walk), and there are also two large superkmarkets less than a 5 mins. drive away. We did not have any trouble with noises from the corridor or other rooms

- our room smelled a bit on arrival - probably from plumbing, and to be honest, we did not report it to the reception desk, so we cannot really treat it as a downside, because with all probability the room would be switched to another. And the issue resolved itself on the next evening, so maybe it was only a one-day problem - the AC did not seem to work (or more precisely, it showed that it's working, but no real effect), but again - since it was a 2-night stay with most of the time spent outside of the room, we chose not to resolve it with reception desk - the next-door neighbourhood, especially the building in ruins along the main road does give out a bit creepy vibes, but there was no real danger

Very friendly staff at reception with good English, bedroom and bathroom were equipped with everything you need, friendly atmosphere, good value for money, parking no problem even during carnival season, great Italian breakfast (croissants, fruit, juices, coffee or tea). You felt at home. I'll be back.

Breakfast was ok but a bit skimpy with only pastries and serial.

Breakfast could've used some protein like hard boiled eggs or cold cuts and something warm.

Everything is in walking distance, supermarket, mainsquare... Staff is friendly as almost everyone else in this cute, beautiful city. Parking in front of the Hotel available.
