Okay breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Good and central location close to both the outstanding archaeological museum and a large shopping center with a well-stocked grocery store. Very friendly and helpful staff, several of whom spoke good English.

The air conditioning has probably seen its better days, but it still kept the room temperature down to a somewhat acceptable level considering it was 35 degrees outside. However, there was no working air conditioning in the other areas such as in the lobby.

This place feels like a home away from home. 6 of us were based here for a week as we explored the nearby archeological sites. We got to know the staff and had quite a few meals here, and were very comfortable. Delightful breakfast, lots of options. Particularly loved the made to order omelettes as well as the local options that changed each day. Lovely pool/sauna area as well, and one member of our group made use of the massages and said they were fantastic!

As we're early morning gym users, we would have liked the gym to be open earlier than 10:00am.

A standard Hilton hotel with everything that would be expected from that brand. Exceptional quality and variety buffet breakfast with freshly prepared egg dishes. The location is out of the town centre, and quiet, but the town and mosaic museums are very close. Easy to reach the town centre, and the other main tourist sites, by frequent trolleybus service.

The food in the hotel restaurant in the evening was fine, but rather uninspiring. More "local" restaurants can be found only five minutes walk away.

When I cone to this hotel, after so many times I stayed here, noticing staff recognising me, makes me welcome, looks after me, feels so special! People in Urfa are so welcoming, and this hotel staff represent this at every corner of the hotel! Hotel is spotlessly clean! Rooms are cleaned every day, by friendly and almost unnoticeable staff. Food represents the area, and that is something I love about this place.

Some restoration work has been done in the rooms, and it worked really well! This was something I didn’t like before but it has improved considerably!

Excellent location. Its walking distance from the Archaeological museum. There is also a bus that leaves every hour from the museum bus stop that goes to gobekli tepe. There is a shopping center right next to the hotel with a super market and food options. We used the hotel restaurant during our stay and although it has limited options, the food was good and value for money.

The front desk staff are beyond amazing. So helpful and friendly, and going way beyond their normal duties to help us. The location is perfect for history lovers. The breakfasts offer a vast and fresh selection. Special mention to Hasan, whose attentive and happy service was such a pleasure!!

Not one thing

It was good but not international. Little asian or oriental food expeted and it it would have helpfull is if front staffs new little english. The hotel is International and my expectetion was that.

Proper intetnational so people from other country can communicate.

I wish more staff spoke English. I tried the Hamam facility and was not impressed. Staff at the Spa barely spoke English. The hammam experience was not authentic at all (lukewarm water, plastic luffa).

Breakfast was wonderful, housekeeping was wonderful, Also location was great to see all the tourist sites and travelling from the airport on a rent a car.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel, as you would expect from the brand, is spacious, comfortable, clean. The location is also good. It's very close to the museums and a big shopping mall, but you must count with the fact that the main historical sights are at least 1 km away. It was not an issue for me, as a young person who likes to walk, but someone might find it difficult, especially in the summer. The breakfast was OK, though I would appreciate a bigger selection of hot meals and BETTER COFFEE! There was just a Nescafe automatic machine, which did not satisfy my morning needs. I understand that in Turkey, the tea is the number one choice, but in hotels of this class, I would expect to have possibility of choice between both good tea, and good coffee.

My biggest issue in this hotel was the fact that only one person of the staff, who was rarely present, was able to communicate in basic English. After the arrival, there was some issue with the payment, and I had to use my phone and Google Translator to explain the receptionist, that the booking is already paid, but I chose to pay to Booking.com (not directly to the hotel), so they should solve it with the company. The next day, the issue was solved, but it caused some unnecessary stress to me right after the arrival. Annoying.
