Parking was free and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and warm. Beds and pillows were possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food in the bar was OK.

We had two identical rooms - next to each other. One had been used as a smoking room and you could tell. Although it was very clean, the smell of old smoke was still there. Showers are over-bath. Anyone with limited mobility would struggle getting in and out. Lots of hot water though and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The tea and coffee making facilities we fine - but we had only tea, no coffee.

Location was excellent nice and close to motorway, good for onward journey.

We arrived quite early for breakfast and the eggs and bacon was practically all gone. Mentioned it to staff and we were told more would be coming however it took so long we ended up eating other things.Juice also ran out, perhaps more. attention should be paid to restocking

The room and all the facilities were amazing and the hotel upgraded our room proactively during the check in

If you are visiting Madrid, the hotel is a little far away and there is not a metro line that takes you there, you need to take the bus. It takes around an hour to get to the city center

The staffs in the restaurant is terrible,just ignore us when we want to order some dishes. Also don’t understand where we could not select table. When we have our breakfast, we are not the group tourist, why we have to be with the people we didn’t know!

Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choice and reasonable cost. Ubers were easy to use from this location. Very reasonable price overall.

No shops in walking distance, car/taxi required.

Nice comfortable hotel, room was large with comfortable bed. Relatively quiet as it is right next to a motorway junction. Good for a one nighter if travel through Spain. Desk staff friendly and helpful.

Waitress in restaurant very lethargic and disinterested in her job.

We had dinner and as a result of the food being far better than expected we chose to stay for breakfast. Excellent location for continuing our journey south. Also having our car parked securely in its own garage was a big plus. Reception was friendly snd very helpful.

It had been smoked in despite saying no smoking. Cigarette burn mark on the bathroom counter.

The location is perfect, close to the motorway for overnight stay if passing through and ample safe parking.

I feel that considering the size of the hotel and nowhere nearby there should be tea making facilities in the rooms which is quite normal nowadays for guests arriving late.

My stay was excellent! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very welcome. Definitely a place I would book again.

Modern ‘business style’ hotel, clean and comfortable, nice bed, secure underground car park (free), very friendly, conveniently located wrt motorway access.

(Minor issue:) Can be a bit noisy during rush hour, due to location near motorway and major roads…
