Well, that's an older person who had a little bit of mobility issues. There were a lot of steps. However, the beauty of the facility outweighed

Bright colors, nice public spaces, nice hot shower.

Small cold rooms (it was winter), traffic noise in the rooms on the road side, dogs barking at night. Musty extra blanket. I was the only guest that I know of for four of the five nights, which probably made it quieter as you can hear everything when other people are in the hall. Was a strange experience. I told the maids I didn't need anything the first two days, then never talked to anyone after that, like staying in an abandoned hotel. Wet towels that never dried. The gardens could use some maintenance.

We had one of the family rooms - a maisonette apartment for 5 people. We were four, which was perfect. The style of the hotel and the furnishing of the rooms is very creative and arty. The bathroom and shower were nice, everything was very clean. The hotel is located conveniently at the edge of the town but in walking distance of the center. If you are noise-sensitive or want to leave your windows open while you sleep, you might want to ask for a room facing the patio.

The windows were facing the busy street on ground level, so it can be a bit noisy and is not optimal to let some air in at all times. The hotel is lacking a private parking. During check-in we were asked for a rather high deposit, obviously because one of the previous guests had stolen a fan...

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower heavenly, and the staff on the whole very helpful. The building and garden are absolutely beautiful.

There was a little bit of confusion upon check-out and the refunding of the deposit, but it all worked out fine in the end. It wouldn't stop me coming back.

The owner and her daughter both were so nice and spoke English well. Everyone was so kind. Very colorful, fun place! Rooms were clean, beds were good, showers worked well. Delicious breakfast. We thought it was a good value. The location was great - an easy 4 block walk to the main square. We really enjoyed Coatepec.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean, quirky and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy with lovely linen. The room was beautiful with a fantastic shower. A great location, very close to town centre. The best accomodation we have had in Mexico so far.

Great breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Location is very convenient to the center. Wi-Fi was good.

Only recommendation I would make is to have some garden furniture outside to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I dont know why, but I did not have water. Maybe I just didnt wait as long as I should, because the person after me, had water.... Don't know what happend. I also showered in the middle of the night

The street is very noisy, some acoustic treatment would be needed. Some construction materials are at sight . Breakfast available only from Thursday to Sunday but lots of cafes in the surrounding area

Wonderful place to stay. The hotel is an art piece. Helpful/ friendly staff, clean, good food, easy check-in, affordable, beautiful courtyard, close to the town centre. All good.
