This is my second stay at this lovely hotel. I appreciate it for its tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I enjoy the pool here and the fantastic bar. The staff is friendly and works very hard to ensure guests' comfort. I really like the breakfasts and the delicious coffee. The staff makes sure that the platters are never empty. I also appreciate the availability of bicycles and highly recommend taking trips around the area.

Some rooms don't smell nice. I think it's due to the plumbing.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was very clean and pleasant, with comfortably warm water. The surrounding area is beautiful, full of greenery and birdsong. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and included a lovely terrace. The bar is very stylish and serves great drinks — special mention goes to their signature cocktail, the Cold Fish, an original creation by a lovely bartender. The interior design is interesting, and the outdoor seating is beautifully arranged. The lobby is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was well-organized, with incredibly friendly service. The staff responded quickly to guests’ needs, ensuring nothing was missing, always smiling and professional. We were warmly welcomed at reception, and any questions or requests we had were met with helpful and flexible responses. Overall, the hospitality was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

It would be great to have a minibar in the room and omelettes for breakfast.

The hotel is set in a very, very quiet area which was great. There are walks and bicycle rides right on your doorstep. The drive to the A1 motorway is easy, and you can basically travel anywhere from there. We used it as a base to explore northern and central Netherlands and it was perfect for that. Breakfast was good with a great selection of fresh items. The hotel restaurant was also very nice for dinner.

- The dinner was excellent, all the dishes we tried were delicious. - Very green, quiet, and peaceful. - Easily accessible location, even by public transport. - The room was spacious, and the bathroom as well; there were both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a double sink.

- The breakfast buffet could be improved (more options, cake or biscuits). - Once we opened the curtain of the window, there were quite some dead flies, so extra attention to the cleanliness would help.

Second time at the Westcord and one of the best things is the amazing location and the outdoor pool. The room is decent in size, staff is friendly and it's very quiet with it being in the forest basically. Lovely stay overall, we will definitely come back.

Beds are not very comfortable,they removed the mini bar from all rooms which on a sunny day is really unfortunate. The hotel could use some updates in the rooms but it's not something that would stop you from enjoying your time.

We were happy to find a room available on Saturday night. We had been visiting the Kroeller-Muller museum and we are traveling by bicycle, so it was conveniently located for us.

The room was very well designed, the beds very comfortable, the shower was great. The color scheme was dreary. The design and decorating in the public spaces was pleasant.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and helpful. There was also an outside swimming pool, but I did not test it. The wifi was working well. There was also a gym, but i did not use it.

Breakfast was not that diverse. The price was a bit to high, they could have a better brakfast for the price, but this is a personal opinion.

Location, parking, accessibility, surroundings, breakfast, rooms, safe box and fridge in the room, heating. There are no low emission zones or similar garbage anywhere around, plenty of things to do, there is an excellent ancient windmill nearby open for visit, and charming village with everything you may need. Excellent for families with kids, we were amazed that this was part of Netherlands, absolutely worth the visit.

Everything! The most perfect stay. The ultimate best pool, and the most attentive staff!

The road closures were confusing, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Location is beautiful. Breakfast is wide variety. Dinner was very good.

Very limited toiletries if at all. No control of temperature in room.
