1. The place was strategic since nearby to 99 speedmart and 10 minutes from Aeon Manjung/Lumut jetty terminal/ teluk batik 2. At morning there's 3 stall selling breakfast. 3. The aircond was cold. Room was clean. 4. During nighttime it is very quite. 5. Staff was friendly 6. Easy check in and check out.

1. The toilet need some improvement. There's some 🪰 in the toilet and the toilet bowl didn't properly clean. 2. Can only get one channel TV. But I don't really mind since I'm only coming back during night time and already tired. But if the hotel can provide more channel then it will be great.

The location. Free parking (plenty). Tv channel is clear. Water pressure is good.

Cleanliness can be improved. - bathroom might need a bit more scrubbing (floor and shower glass) - bed sheet still have stain - there's hair on the room's floor when check-in - hanger is a bit dirty The room need a little bit more love and maintenance. One of the night stand lost it's shade.

Although there are no breakfast provided, this hotel surroundings with good and nice food. Location is near to my work place and aeon shopping.

direct acces to main road. few step away from KK mart, mamak stall, banks. just few minute drive to McD, petrol pump etc.

Nothing problem with the hotel only too noisy at night due motor & car race.. It's too noisy

Almost everything meets my expectations. They serve basic needs like coffee, mineral water, towel, toiletries etc..water flow for shower is excellent..easily get food and other needs from various shops nearby..

Maybe, i'm unlucky. Bed sheets a little bit dirty..i wish others will not get this kind of experience..

Room is nice, clean, modern, toiletries provided including dental kit. That is very nice as not all hotel provide the kit. Towel provided. Comfortable bed, big shower 🚿, water flow is very high, having a good time during shower.

The bathroom glass door seems broken. Unable to lock. Some area of the broken door quite sharp could be dangerous if u have toddlers.
