Very convenient location, just beside the mall with great restaurants. Big and comfortable bed. Free water refill at the hallway.

Low water pressure. AC can't go lower than 21 degrees despite setting it lower. No blackout curtains. No ref in the room, we have to leave our insulin in the lobby for proper storage.

the hotel is relatively new. Actually, I personally assisted the company to obtain its environmental permits prior to construction and I am glad it turned ok. The staff are superb. Real hospitality. and the facilities are substantial for the price. It's beside a mall so everything you need can be found within 100 meters. I heard also that the hotel staff have adopted the stray cats and they feed and care for them. I hope they will extend to doing vaccinations and spaying/neutering. I think the city offers free services from time to time. The hotel security also assisted in calling for a tricycle when it was time for me to go to the central bus terminal to catch the bus back to Manila

I hope they will segregate waste properly. Most customers will be open to this practice.

The bed was huge and the pillows were really comfortable.

1. The room was damp. 2. The shower did not drain and filled up very quickly which ment that I'm standing in water from the dirty drain pipe. It almost overflowed and could have flooded the bathroom. 3. The aircon control screen was not functioning and was very dim to see, as result, the room was freezing as I could not see the temperature clearly.

Underground parking is very safe! We arrived later in the evening to check in, the lobby smelled of citrus and had some waiting chairs (+ tabletop games) Staff was professional in handing out the documents that needed to be signed, and there were several breakfast options beyond the usual Filipino breakfast, can even choose the beverage to serve it with. It took a few minutes for room checking before they handed us the room cards. Every floor had a water dispenser near the elevator which is convenient especially if your room is nearby. The room we got was conveniently placed almost beside the elevator. The room smelled very fresh and clean, and the air-conditioning/ventilation work great! You get a pair of mugs and a pitcher on the side table for you to use, the bathroom also had plastic cups. The bed has four pillows, a comforter thick enough to keep warm and the mattress is in great condition. The open closet has some wooden hangers, towels, and indoor slippers. Both the sink and shower had hot and cold water, bidet cold water only, water pressure is great even at a higher floor.

We ordered the usual standard fare of Filipino breakfast, good but the sliced fruits that came with it tasted a bit off. The floor beside the bed (phone side) felt some dust if you were going barefoot. Had to call the front desk for dental kits since there weren't any in the room or bathroom when I checked. Side tables are kind of small though, only one seat is provided so if you order a lot of food there might not be enough space. Sometimes you'd hear noise from the corridor if people are walking by and chatting.

Their service is highly commendable! Seriously one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone was so respectful and makes sure that we get a comfortable stay. Excellent location beside Robinsons Mall which makes it super convenient to get anything and ample food choices. There's also a nice coffee shop across the street which boasts a fantastic view of Mt. Isarog.

Basic amenities like toothbrush would have been nice

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Service, facilities, and accessibility were superb! The staff was polite and accommodating. We had been exhausted from our long trips from Texas, Manila, Cebu, then Bicol but this hotel was above and beyond! We had a very comfortable night, and we could recharge and rest very well. We will come back on our next visit.

No telephone inside the room, no tissue holder and trash bin in cr, no clothes hooks in shower, toilet got clogged easily, weak shower

I like that they have a water dispenser instead of giving plastic bottles to guests, and also have a refillable soap dispenser. Eco-friendly!

The bidet was too strong, it could punch a hole to the wall lol, anyway, the walls of the room were thin, good for hearing gossip, like it's as thin as their toilet paper. lol but it's not so bad :)

Location is excellent; It's away from the buyiness of the city yet very accessible; nice, spacious, quiet surrounding. there is a small balcony at the second floor where I can entertain visitors. Staff very accommodating including the guards.

My 3rd time staying here. I liked it than the other hotel I booked just because it is already full. Don't want to try other hotels anymore when I need to be in this province. Buffet breakfast, location, facilities and rate are what keep me going back.
