The location is great, a few minutes walk from central station, the employees are very friendly and helped us a lot with ideas of things to do around. The room is very nice though seems like had some issues with humidity that were covered with a blanket (ceiling) for the price, overall a very positive outcome!

The breakfast is expensive for the quality, 22€ for a breakfast is high for what was offered (dried eggs even though we said please don’t overcook them, no croissants, not many options to eat, just 2 regular cheese..)

Excellent, very recently refurbished, hotel onn the edge of the centre of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. Very kind staff. I had a very large room with high ceiling. Small but functional bathroom Large bed. Excellent wifi. Great to have rolling shutters to cover the windows at night (or during heat). Very extensive breakfast buffet with eggs to order on demand. Kind staff in restaurant and reception. At short walking distance of car free city center with many restaurants. The hotel is in the middle of the oldest wineroute (80km long) of Germany. So 1 day you can do the northern part and 1 day the southern part. We had to pay 2 euro per night extra for compensation of higher energy prices. Which I can understand very well and happy that it is specified separate instead of in the price. Nice free parking at the back of the hotel. Private, but accessible from the street.

The hotel is partly on a busy road and railway. My room was on that side. However, even with one window partly open, the electric shutters closed and earplugs the noise did not annoy me. However if you are sensative for noise, you might want to ask a room at the other side. The hotel is big enough to have options.

Everything was great. We needed to stay the night, found this hotel, and loved everything ... the room, the restaurant, and the property. Would love to return.

Breakfast was okay, but very expensive for a very small selection. We stay in a hotel 1-2 times per month for work, and though we were excited for breakfast, we were let down with a very small selection. Would suggest to either cut the price in half, or improve the spread.

Stayed here before. Rooms are modern and quiet. The brekfast is very good: freshly prepared eggs and fresh orange juice. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the town center, and opposite the train station. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

We liked the unique atmosphere, location, and the room was large and decorated in a style all its own. The staff was professional and the breakfast chef was a master.

The hotel is easy to find close to the town centre. There is free car parking available but it is a little cramped. The staff speak good English. Our room was huge with a very large walk in shower and a balcony. It was very well appointed and very, very quiet.

The hotel is in a quiet area and has nice bfast options. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Only comment was the bathroom has no doors, no privacy.
