Hotel Mystic Mountain exceeded our expectations in every way! We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel management should consider improving the temperature of the warm water in the swimming pool.

The management of the hotel is fantastic, everything smooth. The view is phantastic. Nearly all rooms seem to have this great balcony with phantastic views to the mountains. Independent of the weather you could simply sit down - even the hole day - and just watch the countryside, feel the weather when it´s raining aso. The staff was fantastic - also in the restaurant that has a huge menu and reasonable prices.

Somewhen something needs a repair. We all know that.. But: There were 3 sources of sound: They apply a photovoltaic system, further down there is construction work and from the main building there comes a constant sound, probably air conditioning. I did not really mind about that, but maybe somebody else does.

The view is amazing on a clear day - after all, Nagarkot is famous for being the place to go to for a view of Everest Mountain. The staff was attentive, friendly, and makes the overall experience better than it could've been. The Indian food is so good (wouldn't recommend any other cuisine when you're there). Our room is comfy, and everything works well - heater, shower, hair dryer (usually what we look out for when we stay in a place).

The food at the breakfast buffet was meh. Most of them were cold, the selection wasn't great, the taste wasn't anything to brag about, the fruits weren't fresh, and the veggies were kinda hard I wondered if they were even cooked properly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Mystic Mountain. I was treated to a beautiful room with a wonderful terrace. The service and the staff are so caring and accommodating that I felt at home. The complex invites you to relax, with a wonderful view of the Himalayan mountains. The swimming pool and the spa are all very clean and hygienic; what more could you need to relax and enjoy your stay? The breakfast buffet fulfills all your wishes, from an American breakfast to Nepalese and even a vegetarian breakfast with plenty of fruit and yogurt. The food in the restaurants is of very good quality, and the selection is excellent. The complex is so spacious, with its own park, allowing you to fully enjoy time with nature. Loved the view from the room. On our first night we stayed on 5th floor but the room and other amenities were not good. Bed was too small. The next day they shifted us to 3rd floor and the room was great. The bed was spacious. Breakfast was average. As a Muslim I didn’t like that they kept chicken sausage and pork bacon side by side. You can try their Nepali thali. And The view was spectacular from our room. We could feel the cloud from our balcony. In a nutshell it was a nice getaway.

Hotel is little bit worn out. I thought they are 100% halal but I didn’t like pork bacon in the breakfast spread.

Hotel Mystic Mountain is the perfect escape in Nagarkot. The panoramic Himalayan views are stunning, especially at sunrise. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The infinity pool and gardens are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Great food, amazing ambiance—highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! They upgraded our room to super deluxe suite.Our room was cozy yet modern, with big windows and a private balcony. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and just breathe.

Their dine-in buffet has less varieties of dishes.

Stunning Views. The location is high and remote, which gives the benefit of views from the luxury of your room and lovely terrace.

On the flip side, the remote location creates commuting challenges. Getting around is painful as there are rarely any taxi. And cabs have to come from Kathmandu every time you wish to go even nearby villages. A timed shuttle from the Hotel should be made available. Restaurant & Bar is very good. Some dedicated Nepali Menu would be welcome.

The hotel is very nice, clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful.

The hotel according to the presentation on Google and in the reception has 4 stars but on Booking is presented as a 5 star hotel. The rooms have no soundproofing and everything can be heard from the adjacent room and the corridor. Also the music playing from the loudspeaker in the hallway at 6:30am was very bad. Of course we understand that sometimes you have to stop, but to wake up the guests by the adjacent construction of another part of the hotel at 7:30 is unpleasant. The last kilometer of the road to the hotel is not a road, it is an offroad road.

The best thing of the hotel is the view. It sits atop a mountain. You'll feel as if you're on top of the world, looking down below at the small houses dotted on the hill sides all around. Some clouds were all over us, while some were much below. We could only see one or two snow-covered peaks of Himalaya-Langtang Range. Couldn't see Everest because of the persistent clouds. Apart from the view, the staff were excellent. Rooms were large and clean. Quite a few options at breakfast. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Price was pretty high.

Have been to different countries and hotels but this experience at Mystic Mountain has been and will always be amongst the toppers! They are absolutely stunning with every possible aspects of service and cordialness! As soon as we reached there, they upgraded us with one of their finest rooms having massive balcony with a swing and unbelievable scenic view from the height, and my daughter just loved it. Both of their restaurants are very presentable and serve tasty foods with stellar view as well! Must say about the warmth ensured by Mr. Umesh Khadka of Mystic Mountain, who had been terrifiic! Besides, Ms. Tamang from their reception and Mr. Niroj as well as Mr. Acharya from the restaurants had been so good and hospitable! Thanks so much! The hotel itself is a gem to look around, with so many scenic spots to chill, roam around and take pictures at with family! A must go place...cheers!
