Very kind staff, I arrived early morning after a long flight and they arranged an early check in (you pay 50% of the daily rate, but I got the room at 7am and it included the breakfast). I was also upgraded to the Ambassador Suite for free (!). The room was a small flat, with two bathrooms (the main one also with the heated floor) and a great view on the main square. The hotel is in a very central location, just next to the Galleria Mall (Gobi Cashmere!) and the main square. Most of the city centre is at walking distance.

The breakfast was average, the Asian food was just mediocre (I don't expect a French style croissant in Mongolia, but not even the dumplings were good), and the breakfast room crowded.

Stayed here for our last few nights in Ulaanbaatar. This hotel is excellent, superb location (Gobi Cashmere was just a stone throw away), excellent service, facilities, the bed was extremely comfortable, the experience was so pleasant that you would like to extend a few more nights in Ulaanbaatar. What's better is that the front desk gave is a free Family Room upgrade when we checked in around in the evening.

I have nothing to complain actually, if I could nitpick, maybe is the breakfast which is slightly below my expectation of a 5-star hotel breakfast buffet. Nevertheless, it was a minor issue, the breakfast was delicious and my family enjoyed it.

Recommended in terms of front desk, cleanliness , hospitality , location, nice view room, i booked club square room. View is Sukhabaatar Square. Next to UB Galleria where i purchased Gobi Cashmere. And buy a simcard at level 2 coz my line doesnt cover Mongolia. The staff arrange for me the private tour to national park. Its quite cheap with vellfire and the driver is very nice can speak fluent English. The cafe downstairs serves good coffee with nice ambiance

The breakfast is not a standard of 5* at all. Its really disappointing. Its worst. Even butter also finish they said when i asked for it. It was just 8.30am lol Please upgrade for this matter.

This hotel is very central to a lot of locations around the downtown area. Everything was in walking distance such as convenient stores, gift shops, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were amazing. They have many restaurants, a lounge, and a spa. I only got use the lounge on the top floor. It was relaxing and had a good view of the city.

The rooms felt a little dated in my opinion. The rooms were nice and spacious, though it can use a little makeover to make them a bit more appealing. Also, some rooms have a strange bathroom window you can view into the bathroom, although you can close it. All in all, everything else was a decent.

Perfect location, wonderful room service until late hours, beautiful lounge at the very top of the building overlooking the city and with mountain view.

On booking.com there was written a long list of SPA & Wellness services which were in truth not available. That was a bit of a bummer as we chose the hotel because we were coming back from a long trek in outer Mongolia and we wanted to have a full recovery day before going back home. There was nothing available except for the full body massage but with only one masseur, so couldn't do in a couple. Not a tragedy, however we choose the hotel on purpose so a bit disappointed

Perfect location and hotel for a short break in Mongolia. Room was warm and very comfortable and overall facilities were good. Probably not a 5* hotel by other standards but nonetheless hard to complain . Breakfast was simple and well stocked with Western and Asian choices. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. The staff were excellent. Helpful, courteous and friendly. Always happy to help and in particular Delgermaa and Azjargal who went out of their way to organise a trip to the countryside for me ! Thank you to the Tuushin Hotel. Job well done and would certainly recommend !

Minor point but would be nice if gym opened earlier.

Very friendly staff, great location. Excellent food. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would defiantly stay again.

The waiters at the Lounge, don't continue to walk around making sure people don't need anything. Are always out the back in the Kitchen, the bar is always unattended. You have to ring a bell or walk up to get service. They should be constantly taking note of the patrons to make sure they are served. You can wait up to 10 minutes to get someone's attention. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you can find them.

Location was fantastic as a base. Although it did take 3 hours from the airport to the hotel at midday. Heading back to airport at 5:00 in the morning it only took an hour. The staff was all very nice. But had little useful information on times and sites, but that's Mongolia an interesting country but still developing.

Somewhat dated hotel. Why they bother to change the carpet in the elevator every day so it reads today's name is a bit weird. It would be better to make sure you had a clean carpet in the elevator.

The location was excellent, very close to the main square. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to accommodate our request to split the room charge. The rooms were very large, we had a suite for 3 people and a double room both of which had ample extra space. The hotel was very clean and the staff I The restaurant were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was acceptable and had a number of Asian options. Simple things like bigger cups and more plates available would have made a big difference.

The charm of yesteryears now hints at a need for modernization to meet contemporary 5-star standards. Mediocre Breakfast Quality: Despite the great variety of breakfast dishes, the quality and taste of the food is mediocre.
