Location perfect. Close to city center and just next to the street with lots of restaurants and bars but it is very quite. We had a separate bedroom and a bathroom with bidet. Kitchen had everything and coffee machine with free coffee on the reception. We stayed 4 nights and they clened our apt very well on our second day.

the only bad thing is lack of natural light. Position of the apt is like that so you need to have lights on during day and night. We had to go outside to see if it is windy and how the weather is. Also, there is no elevator and we had baby stroller but they did great job by letting us be on the first floor so we didn't have much effort.

The hotel was at a great location, close to cafes, restaurants, and walking distance to the city center. It was easy to find parking walking distance to the hotel. We received a very friendly welcoming from Massimo and great detailed information where to go and what to see during our 1 day visit. Thank you for that. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Can highly recommend and would easily choose it again for a longer stay. The Barcola beach was really great in the city :-)

Renovated apartment in a historic building (no lift). One double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the living room. AC in both rooms, equipped kitchen with welcome coffee and a much appreciated bottle of cold water in the fridge. Large bathroom. Very convenient location next to Viale Venti Settembre, pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to the waterfront. Hosts very helpful at check-in, gave us a lot of suggestions. Parking situation probably a bit tricky but we avoided it since one member of our group had a disabled parking permit.

Beautifully decorated, central location, comfortable and well-appointed. The owner was very friendly and available/helpful on WhatsApp. We were only there for one night on our way back to Verona, but when we come for a real visit to Trieste, we will absolutely rent this place!

It was a bit hard to find, because it is on a ZTL street, some specific instructions on how to find it and where to park would be helpful!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the modern amenities needed for s comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from the hotel was totally spectacular. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped with everything that's essential. The host was very kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in an hr earlier and was very quick to share on places to visit and restaurants to try out. The apartment also had many restaurants/eateries and bars nearby and the street it was on was very quiet.

There was no elevator in the building, so for those with heavy/bulky luggage will need to climb up 2 flights of stairs.

The property is spacious, well lighted and comfortable. Good bed, pillows and excellent shower. The apartment is located on a beautiful peatonal street, walking distance from train station and center. Many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby. Massimo the owner is very responsive all the time, also before our arrival and provided us with all the information needed for an easy and pleasant stay. Fully recommended.

Like the pictures - modern, stylish apartment. We were in Superior Apartment and I feel it's worth the extra money for the extra space. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and great shower. Strong WIFI.. Easy to get to from the station and within easy walking distant of central areas. Lots of bars, cafes, shops etc very near. Also near major bus stops that get you elsewhere. Massimo was very attentive and there to meet us, give us the keys and details on the city.

Small kitchen area and small hob which was not very easy to cook on if you needed to use both plates. Overall fine to prepare simple meals. The main room is nice and bright but a bit bright in the evening when you may want more subtle atmosphere.

Lovely apartment, everything you needed. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Shower good. Location excellent right in the middle plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Cooking facilities. Supermarket directly opposite.

A loft apartment so windows were placed high and you could not see out. However, I would recommend and I would stay again.
