Location- PERFECT! Staff- AMAZING! Facilities were what we needed for our 2 night stay! Grocery + amenities shop all withing walking distance of property! Short walk to lovely restaurants and cafes and main city center. Parking was organised 5 mins walk way from property. Lift also available to reach our apartment on the 5th floor with our luggages! Bus stops also steps away from front door incase required!

Apartment was a bit dated and sofa bed could’ve been comfier with a mattress topper, otherwise everything was superb for us!

We stayed for two days in the family apartment (4 persons). - Everything was at the very high level except WiFi which was out of range in the sleeping room for all 4 our phones. The living room didn't have issues with WiFi. - The location is fantastic, it's actually in the center of Trieste. - If you reserve the parking place along with the room (it's in the private garage across the small street), you'll solve a huge problem with the parking in Trieste. We did that and it was a great move. You need to request the parking place when you book the room. The price of garage is 15 EUR per day but it's worthy. - The breakfast was rather good, cappuccino was delicious :) - The rooms and the bathroom were fine.

The apartment was very modern and extremely clean! Perfect location in central Trieste. The bathroom was very fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one can need. Luisijana gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful before our arrival and when we arrived. We felt so welcome and she was so nice to us. We can warmly recommend this place to anyone visiting Trieste and we will stay here next time we visit!

Location great, close to the city center/old town, but still quiet location. Very efficient air conditioning, which was preferable in the middle of summer. Got lots of helpful information about the surrounding area from the personnel upon arrival.

In the aparment listing there was a washing machine included in the facilities, and indeed there was a washing machine in the bathroom. However it was not connected to the water/electricity, therefore it couldn't be used at all. Similarly there was a dishwasher in the kitchen, but in an unoperable state (this was not listed in the apartment information, so no problem there). Also we were informed that if we needed some assistance we could contact the reception/personnel in the 4th floor, however there was nobody around even though we tried several times at different times of the day. Managed to get in contact with personnel only on the fifth try..

This is a very convenient apartment. Spacious and well equipped. The furniture, the photos on the wall and the atmosphere make it very comfortable and to feel like home. The location is excellent, it is literally 5 minutes to the pedestrian area (if you are slow) and we could park our car in a garage on the opposite side of the street. The host speaks excellent English, is very friendly, helpful and responsive and shows a good piece of Italian hospitality. It is definitely to recommend!

Cozy hotel, very nice staff, perfect location just in the city center. Clean, good value for money. We got complimentary parking just across the street in a parking house. We loved the breakfast!

Since it is in the city center, neighbourhood is a bit noisy, but it works well with earplugs at night.

Good apartment, we only stayed for one night on our drive through to Croatia. Parking was in a garage about 5min walk away - everything was fine and was paid for a coupon from the apartment. Host was very accommodating, taking time to give us directions and dinner suggestions. Check out was at 11. Roller blinds made it nice and dark for sleeping. Apartment was very clean.

Would have liked a toaster. AC might need re-gassing or something as it didn't get that cold, but it did take the humidity out of the room on an unusually hot day.

Excellent location, in the center of Triest. Host is very friendly and helpful, helped us with the parking and arrival when we arrived outside their hours. The apartments were spacious and clean, the beds in the bedrooms very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty too.

The pull-out sofa in the living room is not too comfortable, but the beds in the bedrooms were excellent.

The property is in walking distance - about 15 minutes -from all atractions and old part of the city. The room equipped with little fridge, wardrobe, comfy beds. Breakfast (ham, cheese, tomato, different jams, yoghurt, bread, sweets, juice, water, etc.) was served by our nice host in the dinning room. Excellent coffee!

There was good communication with the host. She escorted us from the offsite garage to the apartment. It was less than 5 minute walk but needed directions. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options, even some gluten free. The room was good size for 2 people and a puppy. Puppy friendly - even an amenity kit for the dog! Great location.

The parking we had was offsite in a public garage as their other spaces were already taken. My laptop couldn't connect to the wifi (although my phone had no problem).
