Breakfast was fantastic. good selection

shower head wasn’t working, we told the staff , they thought they fixed it with silicone but it was never going to work, it had been modified not to be a shower head. . Shower was with the hand held shower hose, it was ok if you are short but taller people struggle. A kettle in the room would have been nice for our use.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very central in the city so there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the sites were within easy reach. The bus and train station are only 10-15 mins walk away, a taxi from the bus station to the hotel was only 9 euros. We had the Italian morning breakfast which was a mix of pastry, fruit and yoghurt with juice and coffee which worked for us. The staff spoke excellent English and so made our stay very easy. The weather was extremely hot whilst we were in Trieste and so the air-conditioning in our room was not brilliant but it kept us a little cooler.

The size of our room (108) I would describe as compact, with two suit cases we didn't really have much space to leave them out and there was nowhere to sit, it was the bed or nothing. There wasn't a lounge or area with comfy seats in the hotel to go to.

The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel was close to the train station and close to the main attractions of Trieste including some amazing restaurants. It was a nice touch to be offered a drink on arrival.

The lighting in the room was terrible. but most especially the bathroom. There was insufficient lighting on the mirror, so it was difficult to shave. The shower was OK except half was glass, the other a curtain, which seemed weird. The main shower either didn't work or we hadn't worked out how to get it to work. It wasn't clear how the sink plug worked either. Overall, the bathroom was more aesthetic than functional.

Truly great service is rare and in Forvm’s case they really delivered after a terrible experience getting to Trieste (our flight did an emergency landing at Venice) that they had nothing to do with. Despite a lot of knock on negatives leading up to our stay, Forvm was accommodating, understanding and ultimately ensured we had an excellent stay! Additionally, their breakfast really was something special, I STRONGLY recommend it. The ambiance and location of this hotel were both also excellent

The rooms were a little small and bathroom (in our case) I think had some plumbing issue as there was a faint smell that was a bit unpleasant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, speak english. The nice touch of having in the mini bar free drinks, like water, soda, beer. Very good idea. Super idea of the welcoming drinks, prosecco, wine. The design of the room. The location, near the center and the port.

The room was way too small than it appeared on the description, when I booked. Standard room I got is not 20 sqm, maybe maximum 14.So a very small room. No parking. The hotel is on the first floor of an impressive building,no parking available in the nearest area. You can park in a paid parking 400 meters away.

Great location. Excellent Bavarian restaurant right next door. Beautiful decor and rooms, high ceilings. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and let us check in really early. Nice breakfast options, and a small bar. I would suggest you request a room NOT facing the main street, as the motorbikes are pretty noisy! Thoroughly recommended.

Typically for an Italian city hotel, there are steps from the entrance lobby up to the elevator. Not a lot of hanging space or wall hooks for clothing.

Fantastic experience! Not often that I expect more than I pay for but this little gem of a hotel delivered above and beyond! From the very beginning, Nic in reception was probably the most genuinely cheerful and helpful dude I've ever encountered on my many travels. Respect to you my brother! Location, cleanliness, aesthetics and service A+. And all this at a very reasonable price. Well done Forum. I hope I have an opportunity to come back one day.

This small hotel is located just a few minutes from the canal and the center of Trieste. The room was very small, comfy mattress, quiet in the night, great breakfast and great staff. Also the design if th hotel & room is very special.

The tiny room and bathroom (barely place for your legs when you sit on the toilet), and some furniture was in bad shape. Also room is pretty dark even with all lights on.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is located very close to the center (about 5 to 10 minutes walk), it is very nicely decorated, very clean, and also very comfortable. The room was great, clean and comfy. It has a minibar and also airconditioning. The guys from the reception were also great and helped me with answers to all my questions. They have also offered me valuable information about the city and what should be visited there. They were also very supportive when I had contacted them before my arrival to ask if I could check-in in case of late arrival. I was only dissapointed that I hadn't had much time so that I could also enjoy the breakfast there. I hope I'll be able to visit again soon.

I absolutely LOVED the breakfast here and the staff! They really went above and beyond in the hospitality department. I was welcomed with a glass of wine or coffee and a snack. The location is so close to everything you need but also out of the thick of everything.

I was slightly confused when I got there and reception was on the first floor HAHAHAH it may have been a little easier to warn me of that. Also my room was tinyyyyyy. I know I booked a single room but I struggled with my big suitcase, I just should've booked a bigger one, that's on me :P
