The hotel is close to everything you need in the city center, so you can walk to any location, yet at the same time, the bus stop is nearby if you prefer public transport. You could feel the cleanliness in the air, with the scent of disinfectants, which is definitely a big plus in terms of hygiene. By the way, the staff is very friendly and warmly greets guests while being helpful and attentive. Well done!

The only small downside, which is subjective, is that the air conditioning is set to automatic heating, with no option to increase the temperature. It was a bit cooler, but nothing unbearable.

The hotel is centrally located, right in front of the canals, making it very easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants and gelaterias nearby, with public parking just 400 meters away. The reception staff, both the lady and the gentleman, were incredibly nice and helpful. You can ask them for restaurant recommendations—they had some really great suggestions.

It's a nice hotel, but I have to point out that the location of my room wasn't ideal. It was on the backside, so there was no view. I would recommend avoiding rooms 315 and 320 if you're hoping for a view. My room did have air conditioning, but the temperature was fixed, which might be due to a local regulation or a hotel policy.

The location is amazing: right in the heart of trieste, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Air conditioning worked flawlessly! (absolutely essential in the summer) Beds changed nearly every day.

Rooms are tiny. Barely enough space to properly unpack my luggage. Tiny closet space. Hardly a desk to put my stuff on. Tiny shower.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, as the name says it is very central. Room was not big but we had enough room and it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice and times were good, 7.30am to 10.00. Hotel reception and breakfast room is on second floor of the building, there in no foyer of bar/lounge, this did not hamper us at all as we were out all day, if you are looking for a hotel with entertainment this is not the place for you, but if you want a good clean central hotel this is perfect.

We didn't have any complaints really, prices were not cheap but in keeping with other hotels in the city.

The breakfast was very tasty! They had fresh croissants that you could fill with either Nutella or jam. The hotel was in a lovely location! It was so close to so many beautiful landmarks. It was a very good price and the staff was so kind and helpful to us.

The bathrooms were a little small, but we had a room for 4 people (so I guess that’s kind of to be expected). But other than that, everything was lovely.

The hotel has perfect location. The breakfast offers a variety of options. The bathrooms are very basic.

Sadly, the wall between rooms are very thin. One night we almost didn't get any sleep as someone in the next room watched TV well past midnight and then had an alarm clock set to 5.30am! You can hear pretty much each word people say. If the room next door is unoccupied, it is very quiet and comfortable.

The Hotel kindly upgraded our room, which was a very nice gesture upon our arrival. The Hotel staff is always very nice and helpful. The 24/7 reception is great. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The floors of the rooms are tiles, and it does not give a very comfortable feeling.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got a fantastic room with a balcony, right in the heart of Trieste with a view of the canal. Breakfast wasn’t included, but they were kind enough to offer us coffee in the morning. Thank you!

We arrived very early and my wife was not well so we asked if it was possible to get our room early. The proprietor was very sympathetic and went out of his way to get a room prepared as soon as possible. He made us a cup of coffee while we waited.

In our situation, nothing could have been done better.

Loved the location, the style and feel of the hotel, was modern an homey, the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved looking out of the window on to the beautiful square. It was easy to walk to everything!
