The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the atmosphere of this small boutique hotel. The decor was classy and homey all at the same time. Our bed was quite comfortable too. The breakfast was exceptional. It was very tasteful and unique. It had all of the foods you'd want for breakfast, to include extras that you wouldn't expect. It was delicious and served in a lovely atmosphere. I was very impressed with the hotel and the service. If we had a question, they were more than willing to help and provide whatever we needed/requested. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The only thing that I'd say was that if we didn't have a taxi drive us to the hotel, we might have missed finding it. It's sort of hidden in plain sight. Otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

This was a very last minute booking and we paid higher than the room than we expected but boy were we surprised by how nice the room was and how friendly the staff were. We checked-in and it was seamless--they even let us pick the room we wanted from three rooms which was entirely nice and welcoming. We were able to pick the best room for us--which was a quiet room. We asked about air conditioning since we noted it didn't really work, but the staff were quick to help us and it was frigid when we returned after dinner--which we loved as we were able to sleep comfortably. The bed was awesome and so were the pillows. The sheets were soft. The bathroom was big. Shower had hot water and good pressure. We liked how there was a separate area to put your luggage, hang your clothes on actual hangers, and a table and chair. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. However, check-out was super easy!

Good location, walkable to Train station. Breakfast was good but a little pricey at €25 per person. Close to eateries.

The chambermaid service is advertised to be available to 3pm - it finishes before lunch. The air conditioning was variable.

The breakfast was generally good, and there was a wide choice of tea, coffee and milk. The breakfast room itself was very pleasant and modern, and always spotlessly clean.

It would have been good to have some egg dishes etc included in the price rather than as extras.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was cozy and modern. Breakfast served was amazing. The hotel was accessible to many shops, restaurants, and the water for great views!

The beds were quite firm.

It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. It’s A/C system works great specially for the warm weather during summer months.

Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great so I had to connect to my mobile data.

Very well placed for train station for trains into Venice and easy walk to the cruise port

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Continental breakfast only at Euros 15 pp.

Location was great for us to board our cruise. It was close to restaurants and shopping and a really clean property.

Air conditioners are managed by office not the individual rooms which was a little weird

Nice room. Friendly, very helpful staff. convenient location. Good restaurants relatively close by.

Exorbitant room charge because of regatta event. Had no choice in terms of timing for our room. Price would have been half if 2 days later.

It was close to the port for us to catch a ship. It was okay. Clean. But we’re only there for 13 hours really!

The breakfast wasn’t as good as some but it was better than some too!
