Quite central, enjoyable short walk to the port, the canal and the town centre. Good food options near by. Very close to the bus and train station. Room was clean!

Nice, small flat, close to the railway station and in short walking distance from the old town. The bathroom was small but clean. We stayed during a few really hot days and the AC was functioning perfectly. Very friendly staff.

We went out for dinner in restaurants, so we didn't care much about the kitchen and it's equipment. The kitchen is missing some things. e.g. there is a frying pan but only one pot. No cutting board, no sharp knife and no kitchen towels. As mentioned. It wasn't important to us.

We were not advised of key code and room information before arrival, which meant confusing phone calls with poor reception. We were told to go to the first floor for our rooms and check in, but it was the wrong floor. We kept asking if that was correct, and the woman insisted we should be on the first floor. Turns out it was the second floor. There was another couple who were equally confused and frustrated. The whole check in was a debacle. Not impressed! The hotel room and location were excellent.

Perfect location in the city center, with easy access to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious with enough storage space. The bathroom was big and clean. You can find parking nearby at Molo IV (200m, 17 EUR day) or arrange it with the hotel in the garage. The apartment also has a nice terrace (looking at the inner side of the building), enough to drink morning coffee or relax before bedtime. This is not a classic hotel or apartment, it is more like a flat that you can live in. Bring some repellents as there are mosquitoes that easily fly in from the outside if you open the windows.

Some redecoration would not harm, but it is nothing important for a pleasant stay.

Not everything listed for the property was available…like a/c. Apparently the temperature outside decides whether you need it or not, not your personal comfort. Authorization to give us access to the a/c (remote control) was given on the following day. Although everyone kept telling us to “just open the windows “ and listen to the street noise throughout the day and night! Also, no clothes drying rack, coffee machine did not work… I know I could have kept going to the office to request the needed items but that’s not what you’re paying for. You’re on vacation!

Everything was impeccable, from our arrival to check-in and check-out. The room was central—I don't think we could have asked for anything more central. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for small meals.

The only thing I should point out is having the air conditioning unit in the bathroom. It was annoying at times. Another important thing is to check the blinds; I don't think they're working.

Great location for traveling by train and going into town. Homely atmosphere. It was good there was an elevator to bring us with heavy suitcases to the third floor! Also near to Grand canal and the harbour!

You couldn't open the windows because of noise of the traffic. It would have been convenient if there was a watercooker.

It was a great appartment in the city center with a private parking (upon a reservation) just next to it. It is impossible to park in Trieste and the parking availability was really useful. The appartment was big with king-size bed and a big bathroom. There was coffee as a compliment from the hosts. The check-in time is from 3 pm which made us arrive later than we wanted, but everything after that was great and easy to access. Recommend for having really Italian experience with lots of sight seeing around, on walking distance.

Very noisy with windows open😏 had kitchenette but no dish cloth or tea towel provided. Bed had sheets only and even though we didn’t use the air conditioner at all it still got cool overnight and we had to use our beach towel as a blanket. Shower opening very small

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect – the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The hosts were kind and helpful throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything!
