All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I found the breakfast very good according to my likings. It had a large variety of cereals, bread, yogurts, croissants and cakes. Yet, I reckon that for others who would prefer an English Breakfast, it would pose a problem as it does not offer as much from this point of view. The location is ideal as the hotel is situated in the main area of the city, just a 3-minute walk away from the train station. Canal Grande is only 6 minutes away, Molo Audace is 10 minutes away and the majestic Piazza Unita' d'Italia is only a 14-minute walk away. Other interesting tourist attractions can also be found nearby. The room was big enough for two persons and it had all the necessary facilities. Altough the facade of the hotel is quite old, yet the internal is modern.

Only one lift, which is also very small as it has a capacity of just two persons.

Good location, near train station and in walking distance to pedestrian area and canal grande. The room was really cosy, and except for one LED spot, everything worked and was really clean. Nice staff very helpful, usual breakfast selection, not special but good. A real Italian espresso in the morning was it not, but the croissant was there.

The WLAN (or the Italian Internet in general) were too weak to run an on-line meeting from the room. That's bad for a business trip. Plugs to charge phone or connect laptop are a little hidden behind the minibar. The price level I cannot rate, it seemed good compared at the time of booking, but did hear of better offers during my stay.

The location is excellent, really convenient , it is a short walk from the central station from one side and a short walk from the Canale grande, where there are restaurants and nice bars. The staff was absolutely fantastic: nice, competent, ready to help, professional. I was there for business and then I decided to stay in the same hotel two days more to visit the town. They upgraded and gave me a big room with a really big and confy bedroom!

Convenient location to train and ferry and the city centre. Close to Zampolli gelato. We’re able to accommodate an extra night stay. Friendly staff

The lift was a bit awkward Eventually would need some updating of furniture and carpet Otherwise for the price it was adequate for a sleep and shower

Welcomed with nice classic music and big smile. Staff were really kind and helpful. There is an elevator from ground floor. Recommended restaurants were also fantastic!

Shower head was not possible to adjust height... Wished to have illustration near the table. It was bit too dark to work with my PC.

Great location: quick 5 minutes from coach/ train station and 5 mins walk from the Trieste canal area - 10 minutes to main square/ promenade. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff who gave good tips on how to make like a local ! Cool and clean room . I was in a single room which was surprisingly roomy & well designed . Loved the touch of art in reception and in such room . Gave the place a cultured and bohemian vibe

I stayed here one night and was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is a bit dated, however it is exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly. Location is very close to the train station and also good proximity to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. I'd give this hotel 8.5 :)

The only thing I did not love, was the temperature of the room. I am a very hot sleeper and I turned the thermostat to the coldest setting, but I still woke up in the night sweating. I do not think it was any fault of the hotel, as most hotels I visit in Europe are also like this.

The location was perfect - the hotel is situated in a quiet street near the train station, with the Canale Grande less than a ten-minute-walk away to the south and the amazing Caffe San Marco and Viale XX Settembre about ten minutes to the east. Our room had everything we needed, including plenty of storage space and double windows. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and we had fun speaking a mix of German, English and Italian. But the highlight was probably the incredibly tiny lift :-) I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is well located, about 10 min from the centre and even less to the railway station. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel need a little modernisation, for example the shower door in our bathroom. It was also quite noisy during the night. A room at the back might have been quieter.
