Excellent location and such a nice breakfast provided via a voucher for Harry’s Bar just round the corner (any coffee, freshly squeezed Orange juice, a filled croissant, and a sandwich or toastie - all fresh and delicious). It’s a short walk from the train & bus station and super close to the main city sights so really a perfect base for a few days. We were able to drop off our bags early in the morning. Bed was very large and really comfortable and we enjoyed having a nice big table to bring back lunch.

Friendly nice host James. Allowed us to drop our luggage before check in time. Room was spacious, clean and air conditioned well when we checked in. Really appreciate the fresh cool temperature in this boiling hot weather. Convenient location between train station and town centre and Rossetti Theatre. James brought us breakfast in a tray to our room exactly the time we informed. Thanks James !

One small remarks for improvement - No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and room. Recommend to install some hooks (easily done - available in any corner household shops) otherwise guests put wet towels on the chairs/sofa which is bad for the furniture and lack of hygiene.

I liked the room that was provided. Everything was nice and clean. The kettle in the room is definetely a plus for tea lovers especially during the winter season.

As for me the pillows were way to soft. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on them, but that's a personal preference, I am sure they're people who'd prefer these types of pillows over the firm ones.

The apartment is located at the outer city centre. Everything is within walking distance. The Room is quite simple, but has a balcony to the street. At night you want to close the window, the AC is working smoothly and calm. At the beginning there was no Water boiler in the room, no cups, no glasses... When I asked James for it, it came within minutes. The location is relatively new and I hope some things you have to ask for now will be provided in the future as standard. The breakfast is simple, but for the price you cannot complain. James is a great host.

Very clean. Host very helpful especially as we had bicycles and this was not a problem. Nice to have a light breakfast arrive at nominated time which we enjoyed on the balcony. It was easy to communication with host. We arrived early and the room was ready so we were able to check in. This was very appreciated as I was feeling unwell after the journey so was able to rest before exploring the town. Bed very comfortable. Kettle and fridge in room.

Good location - near to Trieste Centrale railway station. Room was quite large. James at the reception was very helpful with morning breakfasts and ironing board (when needed). Breakfast can be selected from several options. My selection was: cappuccino, yogurt, croissant, bottle of water (PET). Having light inside the wardrobe, as well as night light for the step at the entrance of the bathroom - these are nice surprises :)

May be just... I would like to have a kettle in the room - to make tea and coffee in any time I want :)

Spacious room and fantastic new shower. Breakfast was good and James was very attentive. Location was very good for the town and the train station.

Unfortunately there was netting up outside the front of the building as repairs were being done.This meant I couldn't use the balcony and at times even open the balcony door as workmen were out there on scaffolding working.

Very nice and well located apartment. Suited our needs perfectly. Only minor criticism is the name! It is not a bed and breakfast as the name suggests. There are no facilities to even make tea or coffee.

Very up-to-date, efficient, pleasant room with USB outlets and other convenient features. Excellent location within walking distance from trains, buses, harbor. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Trieste.

The location was perfect, close to the center and the train station. The room was very spacious, overlooking a busy street during the day, not much at night, and with the windows closed you can't hear any noise. For breakfast you can choose, from a menu, 5 different dishes including sweet, savory, soft drinks and fruit. Delivered by the very nice and discreet James, directly in the room at the desired time!

Although I don't miss it in general, there was no TV in the room
