Excellent location and such a nice breakfast provided via a voucher for Harry’s Bar just round the corner (any coffee, freshly squeezed Orange juice, a filled croissant, and a sandwich or toastie - all fresh and delicious). It’s a short walk from the train & bus station and super close to the main city sights so really a perfect base for a few days. We were able to drop off our bags early in the morning. Bed was very large and really comfortable and we enjoyed having a nice big table to bring back lunch.

A nice room near the historical tram stop and piazza Oberdan (final stop of many buses going to the countryside). At first we were a bit worried because the building is overlooking a main road, but in the end it was quiet and the blinds were extremely good, so we could sleep comfortably. The host was also really kind a.nd attentive and responded quickly to our WhatsApp messages.

Very good location, near to train station and city center. Our room was spacious with nice modern furniture and a nice bathroom. Bed was on the firm side but still comfortable. Small fridge and AC in the room. Very nice and uncomplicated host, easy to contact via WhatsApp if you have questions during the stay. Very good value for money. 👍🏻

I liked the room that was provided. Everything was nice and clean. The kettle in the room is definetely a plus for tea lovers especially during the winter season.

As for me the pillows were way to soft. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on them, but that's a personal preference, I am sure they're people who'd prefer these types of pillows over the firm ones.

Friendly nice host James. Allowed us to drop our luggage before check in time. Room was spacious, clean and air conditioned well when we checked in. Really appreciate the fresh cool temperature in this boiling hot weather. Convenient location between train station and town centre and Rossetti Theatre. James brought us breakfast in a tray to our room exactly the time we informed. Thanks James !

One small remarks for improvement - No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and room. Recommend to install some hooks (easily done - available in any corner household shops) otherwise guests put wet towels on the chairs/sofa which is bad for the furniture and lack of hygiene.

Very clean. Host very helpful especially as we had bicycles and this was not a problem. Nice to have a light breakfast arrive at nominated time which we enjoyed on the balcony. It was easy to communication with host. We arrived early and the room was ready so we were able to check in. This was very appreciated as I was feeling unwell after the journey so was able to rest before exploring the town. Bed very comfortable. Kettle and fridge in room.

Very nice and well located apartment. Suited our needs perfectly. Only minor criticism is the name! It is not a bed and breakfast as the name suggests. There are no facilities to even make tea or coffee.

Spacious room and fantastic new shower. Breakfast was good and James was very attentive. Location was very good for the town and the train station.

Unfortunately there was netting up outside the front of the building as repairs were being done.This meant I couldn't use the balcony and at times even open the balcony door as workmen were out there on scaffolding working.

Great location close to train station. Host met me downstairs and kindly carried my bag up for me. Large room with comfortable bed, room darkening curtains, nice bathroom.
