Great location, room was clean and spacious. Our room was overlooking the internal courtyard (no view) but I guess it's a price you pay for a quiet room. Breakfast was nice, loads to choose from.

The fire alarm went off at 3.30 am and we spent an hour out on the street. As there was no staff on night duty all guests had to evacuate themselves and to call the fire brigade. Many guests didn't speak Italian and were very confused. Luckily there was no fire, the alarm went off due to some technical difficulties. We found the whole situation very dangerous as there was no one to direct us in case of emergency.

Central location by rail and bus stations and close to ferries. Clean and comfortable.

Close to the train station, convenient for day trips. Canal Grande is a 10-minute walk away. Clean room and comfortable beds. Friendly hotel staff.

The room we got was on the ground floor, the windows were cloudy and difficult to open, so we didn't have a view of the street and the city.

The location is superb, 3 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to the centre. Although the room overlooked a busy road, the double glazing windows just cancelled the noise at night. The room was clean and spacious; it would afford a wall cloak hanger to hang your bag/jacket. This seems to be the same all around the B&B hotels I stayed in, in other cities, so it's not specific to this hotel in Trieste as such. The receptionist (sorry don't know her name) was very helpful, and when the mini-bar fridge was not working in the room she immediately sorted it and in the meantime took my items in their fridge. A very pleasant stay in Trieste.

A comfortable hotel , a friendly and helpful welcome by staff, not too far to walk into the centre of Trieste, very close to the train station and the long term car park at Saba Silos. Good breakfast and on-site snack facilities. Good air-conditioning. Excellent gelati shop a block away. Easy to get to by car and space to unload baggage.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was right across from the train station, which was extremely helpful because we had an early train. It was close to everything, and Trieste is a walkable, beautiful city. The room was comfortable and fairly spacious, and the hotel is very well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The little room for my daughter (with just a small divider between the main room, needed a lamp or a night light or something. It was very dark on that side and she was scared (and even without children, a lamp would be helpful!)

Breakfast was very good. On last day the music was replaced by the news - very nice. The room was ground floor, very good but it would have been good to have a window we could see out of. Maybe 2nd floor is better for this.

The helpfulness of the staff, the large size of the room, its quietness, the location, the breakfasts.

For people with mobility issues, like me, it would have been a great help to have a rail to hold onto going down the 3 stairs between the lift and the exit/breakfast room etc. Also the bathroom could have been better designed for people with poor mobility eg grab rail by the toilet, in the shower and more. Same with step up to collect breakfast items and same step down carrying a tray. Also seemed to be given new toilet rolls and new towels when it wasn’t necessary.

Great location very close to the Bus/Train stations, a grocery store, and a short walk away from the city center. Also, very close to the famous cable tram stop. Spacious room with very high ceiling and facilities like safe, AC, shower, and toilet. Very good breakfast (paid for separately). Generally quiet atmosphere.

Steps in unexpected places which may be inconvenient/awkward to some people. For example, bathroom in our room had a high step at the door.

Very nice, professional and helpful stuff!! Really big rooms, one of the values of the place is ecology, so they think about this things. Close to the central and 2 min from the train and bus station (sometimes you can see not so simpatico people around, but we haven’t any problems). The place was clean, warm, hot water, you can buy drinks, snacks and umbrellas in the lobby. I really liked this place.

The one thing is the smell from a bathroom. In the moment when you come to the room was not so good smell, but after few minutes we didn’t felt it so strong.
