Man the size of the balcony in unit 23! Holy schlemoly! I spent more time on that balcony than I did in the room! It was just perfect for getting work done on the terrace. I also loved the bed. The shower is waaaaaay too small. The washing machine was particularly handy, though it does take real time to get a single load done. The clothes dry easily on the balcony. I used the kitchen just fine and the Bialetti was indispensable for my mornings. The front desk reception is so terse! But I'm in Italy, and in Northern Italy at that, so I expected terse. I loved how irritable he was. A bit like Fawlty Towers, frustrated with the customer. It made me smile inside.

You cannot scrub your aching feet in the shower, because you can barely turn around in it. But having the washing machine makes up for that. The front area behind the front door needs a cabinet for the maid's cleaning supplies. Oh, and note: the air conditioner control is behind the unusable door that leads to the bathroom sink, it's not the other two boxes which should probably be told to you before you rent. It does get warm in Trieste, but thankfully at night it cooled down. Be sure to make a note of WHERE the a/c is.

Spacious, cleanliness, sea view and location.

Lack of nuanced lighting, sofa was uncomfortable and defect. It is sparse in its decoration and is no more than functional. Maintenance is long overdue to, for instance, the noisy air conditioning and balcony railings are rusted, in places broken.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. The apartment was very large and has everything you need. Kitchen equipment is available and except for signs of consumption, which are normal, everything was given. Bus connections directly surrounding the hotel. Restaurants in 3-5 minutes on foot to reach. The port and the sea are within 7 minutes walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and eager to help directly with a problem.

The rooms were not properly cleaned in the corners, on cupboards and in the bathroom. After we were bitten by small animals. Maybe they were bed bugs. We informed the hotel about the problem and received a discount for the time. The rest of the hotel is great. We hope that this is an isolated case and would still recommend the hotel.

The apartments are situated around the corner from Canale Grande. We parked the car in the parking garage Molo Silos, which was 14 euros per day. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the shower was very good. There was a washing machine, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a kettle. We didn't use most of these things but I guess the apartment is perfect for a longer stay. There are lots of restaurants and cafés in the area.

The terrace was closed on our day of arrival. We arrived in the early afternoon and had to check-in by ourselves. It worked perfectly well but I personally prefer somebody to talk to at the reception desk. However, there were no real problems and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was great, the apartment was fully equipped

The AC located only in the main room made it difficult to have nice temperature in the living room. The shower had no shower curtain so the bathroom got really wet. If you have big luggage you will struggle with the elevator. If you are interested in cooking in the apartment you'll need to get everything (besides pans and plates), no oil, no salt, etc...

Location was in the centre of the sights to see and close to the Cruise Port (we disembarked from a cruise)

Check in time was 2 pm, reception closed at 1pm. Meant you were on your own if you could not get something to work or was missing or was inoperable. WIFI instructions were incomplete, in settings you need to log into what appears someone else's network. Simple diagram would have helped. Washing machine was sandwiched between a wall and a bidet. Door of washing machine was barely openable. Bring your own detergent or wash pod if you intend to use.

An excellent location, both for transport (an easy walk to the train and bus stations) and leisure (easy to get to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés). A really spacious apartment which I'd return to in a heartbeat!

At a push, the bedsheets smelled like they had been aired beside a deep fat frier. I think, by saving money on not using a tumble dryer, they air dried their bedsheets. Unfortunately, they are right beside a restaurant and the sheets smell like it. This is my only criticism though!

Location is perfect,this was our second time there. Only 5 minutes by foot from all the major points in the city. The rooms were large,bright and spacious. Very polite and forthcoming young man at the reception

A couple of the nearby houses are under reconstruction,there was some noise from the repairmen. But this was not the Terraze's fault. The bathroom could have been just a bit cleaner. But those are just minor remarks.

Excellent value for money in a superb location I was upgraded for free the room was huge with a loverly balcony, warm & comfortable I really enjoyed my stay

Ok a couple of observations, not complaints, kitchen did not have a small pan and no kettle, shower was disproportionate to the rest of the room a little disappointing, reception opening time were changed with no notice so I could not check out I almost missed my flight, receptionist was less than friendly

Such a great place, in a good location, good facilities and a lovely spacious place. The only this that was missing was a kettle (I am English and love tea) but has everything else you will need. I got in late and had an issue with opening my door, the host came (even thought I had just woken him) within 10 minutes to help me in. You won’t regret staying here!
