The hotel is very well situated not far from the stations but far enough from the busy roads, in a quiet street . And close enough from the centre. The receptionist/ nightman was just wonderful ! He told me stories about the city, indicated places to visit or to enjoy with a nice caffe . At breakfast, you have a large choice and the ladies were very nice and helpful. I had requested a room on the back side in order to avoid the street buzz and that was perfect and absolutely silent ! Next time i'll come, i' ll ask for the same room. I really enjoyed this hotel where you feel welcomed.

This is a lovely hotel. Well located, in the city centre, but very quiet. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. We had a great stay. The staff were very professional, kind, warm and hospitable. The hotel is clean, cute and charming like the city of Trieste is :) Lastly, but not least, we would like to thank you for providing a safe storage space for our bicycles, which was extremely important to us. It is more for booking.com, as every time we travel with our bikes, we are not 100% sure whether the hotel is bicycle-friendly; this one is. Next time we will also try breakfast.

Nothing. We came so tired, cycling during the heat wave, hotel offered us everything that the tired cyclists needed.

I booked this hotel for its location close to tram stop and public transport. Parking was an important parameter too. Eventually we found an exceptionally friendly little hotel. The receptionist was cheerful, knowledgeable and really helpful at our arrival as well as during our stay. The members of the staff would do everything to please the guests. Nice continental breakfast with lovely Italian coffee. Thank you to you all. In the old building everything is practical and spotlessly clean. We really liked the spacious room with relatively small bathroom and felt at home with the warm and cozy atmosphere in this lovely hotel. We shall be back

Very convenient for Trieste Centrale train and bus station. Close enough to walk to entertainment and retail outlets, yet situated in a quiet street. The rooms are basic and clean, but you do have a mini-fridge, however ours didn't seem to be working. The front desk man who checked us in late on the Saturday night was very cheerful and spoke good English, he had a really nice manner about him and explained everything perfectly, even deferring to take payment until the next day.

The lift is tiny, it supposedly fits four people - if so then it would be intimate. We just about fit with our bags, but we were contorted and facing opposite directions. However it is an old building , so they are restricted. The alternative is no lift at all. All things considered, this was a minor thing

The staff were really helpful, always ready to help. They offered a goodbye-coffee during checkout. The hotel's building is not very new/modern, this should be kept in mind if someone looks for a modern design. But the price/performance balance is beyond the expectations.

The building would be newer in construction.

Good room, two extra beds that I didn't need but nice and warm with spacious bathroom. Also air conditioning though not for the time of year I stayed. Friendly staff. Good location close to central Trieste but also the rail and coach stations.
