the hostel has a very good location, walkable distance from all the main sights as well as the train/bus station. the staff is very nice, always helpful. the rooms are nothing special but comfortable and good value for the price. the hostel isnt as busy as most hostels i have stayed in, the common area is usually quite empty, but there are some events happening from time to time.

it was mostly alright, maybe would have appreciated a small light near the bed and slightly more space in the common area. all in all though its good value for the money and it has everything you need.

The staff at the reception were incredibly polite and friendly. They tried to help me with whatever I asked. The employees truly do their jobs with dedication and great passion. The buffet breakfast was unbelievably good, fresh, and wonderful for the price. And the barista friends… It made me so happy to see such genuine warmth after a long time.

As a humble suggestion rather than a criticism, I believe the activities could be increased and the capacity of the bar area could be further developed.

- very well located hostel (a few minutes away from the bus/train station, - great helpful staff (night shift guy and girls during the day), - relatively comfortable beds (but missing curtains for privacy), - hair dryer in the common toilet, - kettle and the microwave to use near the bar - possibility to book on a short notice (as I did).

- tiny tiny bathroom in the room, not really comfortable to use (but good that it is at all), - the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, but that's mainly the fault of the dirty users…

It's located very close to the city's main attractions—the canal and the main square. The receptionists are native Spanish speakers (and I'm pretty sure they speak good English too, as well as Italian). They provide a top sheet, so you don’t have to sleep directly under the blanket. There’s also a bar where you can buy reasonably priced fast food, and a separate area where you can eat your own meals.

Towells are not included, unless you book the whole room -for a group, I suppose. A towell would have made it perfect.

All were 👍 bed was very comfy 🛌 mattress was perfectly confortable, area were spacious. There was plugs to charge your phone next to the bed.. I am not sure if there was a possibility to get a bed curtain, but it was needed. Clothes did the job.. if looking for some more privacy in a dorm.. i definitely saw that you could get a locker, slippers, and earnplugs and buch of other funny things at the reception if needed.. of course, people open the window if you say in dorms, for the morning fresh air.. so nice to have plugs or positive attitude.. And... there was no curtains on windows.. so it was good to cover the bed walls from the morning sun comming in.

Maybe cleaning material for the wet bathroom floor could be nice and something to cover from Sun facing directly my bed. An Evening karaoke voices reached me too...and i couldn't find a basket for sheets at the floor area But really...in negeral its only if you are looking for something to nagg zbout. My Stay was awsome.

The hostel is very well located close to the center and near the main station. Nice and helpful staff, very clean and pleasant. I will definitely come back on my next trip in the future !!

There are some minor downsides during my stay. There was a window in the room that didn't close, which made it windy, and the kitchen and bar were temporarily unavailable, so you couldn't use it. The alternative was a kettle near the reception desk and a vending machine with snacks, but these minor details didn't spoil a nice time.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great, you can walk to the main attractions from the hostel, it is also walking distance from the station which is convenient. The bar has plant based milks available.

There was a slight smell and feeling of humidity. In some parts, the smell was unpleasant (like in the yard of the bar). I had a shower in the shared bathroom on my floor as the shower in my room was occupied. The shower was not very comfortable and it had a real musty smell. The shared bathrooms on each floor are not very well ventilated plus there was nowhere to put my clothes and towel down. Apart from the bar and a little corner with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and a toaster, there is not a shared kitchen or space to hang out. Adding mats to all showers and a stool to the showers in the corridors would be an improvement. Also, adding curtains to the beds would improve privacy, considering the rail is already there.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, both the staff and the room were very good. The location of the accommodation is terribly convenient, with easy access to all means of transport and the city attractions. The size of the room was perfect for sleeping in, however for those who prefer a little more space in the room it can be tiny, it was fine for us. The bar and the atmosphere created by, for example, local invited musicians was a very positive experience. All in all, we really liked the accommodation and would highly recommend it to couples

We had quite young neighbours, 15-16 years old, who disturbed the peace in the accommodation late at night and sometimes at dawn, they did not disturb us in particular, so we did not report it to the accommodation staff, but some people were disturbed

Nice location, within 10 minutes of walking from the bus station and main attractions. Friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast served in the hostel bar - basic but it was a nice addition. Many activities offered for the guests to socialize. Luggage storage before and after check-in.

Bathroom - no soap, no wipes to dry your hands. After shower the floor was all wet - clearly some issue with drainage. Loud music coming from the bar downstairs - while noisy guests are a common occurence at hostels, music banging loudly after 10 pm is not. It was not possible to fall asleep even with earplugs or your own headphones.

The bed was comfortable and the room functional so that it was comfortable to share. The air conditioning was the best part of all because there was a heat wave and it was really necessary for proper rest! I also appreciated the breakfast for only 5,5e, it was good value for money.

The shower was leaking water and the sink of the toilet was stuck. I did inform this to the reception and they at least fixed the sink on the same day. I feel the price is a bit elevated for a shared accommodation. But overall it was good.
