Superb value for money. Very clean, and a beautiful building in a beautiful City. Could have done with a few more basics in the room (no coffee or milk) as we arrived close to mid-night, but there was a Co-op less than 2 minutes walk away which was ideal to get the few supplies we needed. Rooms (bedroom, lounge and bathroom) were all larger than we expected and meant we had a wonderful stay. Reception in the adjacent building was quick and efficient and very friendly

Could have been a few basics in the room on arrival - otherwise everything was excellent. Was some noise from the road below at night, but if you're booking a hotel room in the middle of the city I don't think it's fair to make an issue of it being on a road!

That we were upgraded to a bigger room. That we had two bathrooms and kitchen. The location on the 4th floor was also very good. The staff was very kind, there were some basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper).

The Wifi wasn't working during our entire stay. There were some key elements missing in the kitchen (e.g. a towel or something similar to wipe).

Great location. It was a great value for 4 friends traveling together. We booked a two bedroom apartment. Grocery store was super close by. Easy to walk to the historic district.

Great location. Parking is a pain but possible in public street if you are lucky or for 16e in the hotel Victoria. 24hour reception in the main hotel is a great plus if you want your key late. You can have breakfast in hotel Victoria for 12e /person - it was basic but we liked it. Check out at 12 is convenient. The whole place was huge. Very very spacious and generous. Nice comfy decor and very clean.

Staff kindly let us check in very early. Even if the room had not been ready, we would have been allowed to drop off our bags. Comfortable and clean

Wifi was very spotty.

I like the style of the hotel, size of room, music in the area, staff, location, the hospitality, the coffee. I think that the room is more good than apartments. I would like every time to stay in the room of this hotel.

Very spacious apartment with all facilities, great value for money if you are with 4 people. Good location.

Busy street with quite a lot of noise, and the air-conditioning was located in the corridor, so it didn't cool the bedroom enough.

Hotel is located in the city center, near the shopping area and Via XX Settembre. We have been in flat, one street number to the hotel and it is outstanding - spacious, good equipment, confy beds.
