Location is great, all destinations in the city are walk friendly. Centre of the city, grocery store, bakery, coffee shops, bars, good restaurants or street food... Apartment clean, beds and pillows really comfortable, floor heating in the bathroom, plenty of storage, medium size refrigerator. Entering the facility is possible with a code given by a provider. Street is in front of the window but it wasn´t noisy. We managed to find free parking in the nearby street. There are also few public garages nearby.

Only lack for those travelers who plan to cook in the apartment is poor kitchen utensils, no available dish detergents or table cleaning cloth etc.

In general we are happy with our stay, there are pros and cons, so it depends who is looking for what. - Easy and clear communication - Clean apartment with basic amenities - Good location - Nice size for the price - Warm, nice temperature in the apartment

Realistically what might bother someone - A bit noisy - from the street and the hall - the light in between rooms turns on with sensor so when someone goes to the toilet during the night, it is likely to wake up someone - Nothing to make coffee with, any coffee/tea - it is something that is expected almost anywhere, so I would recommend to prioritize this (there are many cups, so it makes no much sense) - glass entrance doors made my friend worry about how safe our stuff is (althoug I think this is safe glass)

No reception and no communication about check in at the time of booking! Instructions how to get in sent to my email 2 days before arrival, which I couldn't check as I didn't have access to internet at the time. We were stuck at the front door of the building, no reception and spent 15 euros on phone (roaming) to call your office. It would be good to have instructions how to check in at the time of booking.

Great location, and the staff reacted promptly via WhatsApp. My friend needed an iron, and after messaging in the evening to the host, the iron was at ours in the morning. The apartment was clean and spacious. We traveled as a group and booked two apartments in the same building, which was great.

The mattresses were a bit worn out and could need replacement.

The kitchen facilities, bathroom & amenities for coffee. The location was great and was a very comfortable bed for some good sleep!

The only feedback I would give would be to provide some additional cleaning utilities, such as a few dishwasher tablets or sponge/cleaning towel items.

Location was good, so was the room. Walking distance to the center was fine. Nice staff, we had a problem with our door and they helped us immediately.

The floor in the kitchen was sticky when we came in, that would be the only thing regarding the apartment that was off. A bit hard to find the parking space if you are coming by the car.

The room was clean and had all we need for two nights. It is near the city center and has all you need, the bus station is right in front of the residence. Staff was really frinedly and answered all of my questions. Getting in the room was easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly located with a 10 mn breathtaking architectural walk to the historic center, free street parking around. The apartments are modern, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The double bed is comfortable. Lift.

The fridge is noisy (but you can unplug it...)

Nice&new place, close to the city center, nice bed. Very nice place, very easy to find, no contact check-in, no keys only door codes made everything easy.

some extra accesories, like in the shower for toiletries.

Trieste is a beautiful city and has its unique atmosphere. The coffee is excellent and the sea was amazing too.

The air is very polluted, and the apartment was very noisy.
