Spacy family room, great kids playroom, comfort, very nice stuff

Extremely busy pool as it is shared between several hotels, bathrobe rent for 6e - originally cheap approach, next time they might start renting bed sheets or towels :). If it was calculated in the price noone would care.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is close to the beach. We liked the carrot and beetroot juices at the breakfast, and there are fruit smoothies as well. The spa is spacious (we were there in April, probably it is crowded at summer), we liked the swimming pools with sea water.

The temperature of the pools could be a little higher. There should be a dress code at dinner, to avoid people wearing flip flops. The temperature in the whole hotel is very high, it was a little bit annoying at the restaurant, with so many guest you felt like there is no air to breathe.

We got a very nice family room with a good view on the first floor, very close to the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good every day, there was a wide variety of tasty food to choose from and very friendly staff. Hotel Apollo is close to the beach but in a quiet location without noise. We used the swimming pools of the LifeClass Hotels and the beach. I would highly recommend Hotel Apollo for couples as well as families. There's an indoor playground near the reception.

In general, there was no reason for complaints. One suggestion I would make is better labelling for allergenic foods with salads at the buffet, as it is not always obvious what the ingredients are.

This was 4th year in a row we came to this hotel for Easter weekend. It is always great time. Nice, clean hotel, very friendly and proffesional stuff. Big family room, well equiped. Fair price for the service you are getting.

We noticed, that the food for half board was little bit more poor this tear. The chef for fresh foor was missing during the dinners, also on Easter Sunday, there used to be live music during breakfast that was missing this year.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Apollo and will definitely come back: We had valet parking in the garage for a reasonable price - which also included charging our e-car for free! The staff in all parts of the hotel (restaurant, bar, reception) was very helpful and kind. The dinner and breakfast buffet was really good and delicious (many options and freshly prepared food). We loved our room, which had a great view and a bathtub.

At first we were a bit shocked by the atmosphere of the dining/breakfast room but then got used to it based on the excellent food. With a little bit of color, the green wall could be improved significantly. The thermal bath didn't look as attractive as in the photos but was okay. The gym can only be used aged 14+, which was a huge disappointment for our younger daughter.

Very nice hotel, clean and with comfy beds and good food with enough variety for everyone to find something at dinner. The best part was the Mini club that takes great care of the kids, mine had a lot of fun there! It's a group of very friendly young people who organise different activities for the kids in the morning and afternoon, sometimes even in the evening. They speak several languages so children of many different nationalities gathered there, and since it's at the beach, you always see your kids and don't have to worry or wonder how they are doing and just read a book instead and enjoy the beach. Perfect for parents of young children!

Didn't appreciate the extra cost for parking at the hotel.

Location, room, breakfast, personnel are all great.

The thermal spa is great but it's absolutely overcrowded in the afternoon. I can't understand why don't they just stop selling daily visitor tickets during the pick hours. We arrived at 15:00 and had to leave the spa at around 16:15 as it was not comfortable already. People were just staying and waiting everywhere. Too much noise, no tranquility, no comfortable social distance.

Very good location, close to the sea and the centre. Nice hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful. Access to several pools for guests. Nice playroom for kids. Very good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

The parking in the hotel was full so we had to park our car in the parking about 2 km away. There was a shuttle bus to the parking but it was a little bit discomfort.

The staff was nice and friendly, the bed was comfortable, room was very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach and to the bus stop to Piran (only a few steps from the hotel). Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. You can use different spas like Thermal Spa, Sea Water Spa what is a great opportunity. Sauna park is also great, with many option to relax (for extra fee).

You have to pay extra fee for parking (12euro/day) and bathrobes(6euro/person/stay). We had a view from the room to the outdoor units of the AC equipment systems, it was very disturbing to listen to the monotonous noise during the night, even if the windows were closed.

The room was amazing! Spacious clean and a new bathroom with a big shower and a bidet was also in the bathroom next to the toilet.

The view wasn’t great and the pools you get access to are nice but no fun area for kids (no jumping) and no extra towels provided for the pool.
