Very friendly staff. Well connected by buses, we came by ferry from Rovinj, so this was very useful. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The beds were exceptionally comfortable - we were given a hotel appartment instead of the room we'd originally booked, as the room had a problem; at no extra cost.

Some of the drying pans were a bit old and scratched, with non-stick pans we need to be careful what with the PFAS they contain. A bit of salt and pepper or a pot of herbs for the kitchen would have been welcome, but that's being a little bit picky.

Location close to location for work; along the street there are various shops, cafe's, supermarket, ATM nearby. Early morning (04.00) taxi to Trieste airport ordered by hotel (72 Euro) on time. Staff spoke perfect English. Frontdesk 24h for very late arrivals. Prices minibar acceptable.

Shower cubicle very small; wake-up service did not materialise. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-furnished — everything felt cozy and comfortable. We were traveling with our dog, and everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated 🐶 The neighborhood felt a little sketchy in the evening, so we didn’t explore much after dark, but inside the hotel everything was absolutely fine. Overall, a very nice experience!

Helpful smiling staff, nice rooms, comfy beds. breakfast was good too. the area is full of bars cafeterias and small shops. Many buses have stops nearby.

Not very easy to park your car. Theoretically you can park even for free at some locations near by but you may have to circle for a while... not sure if the hotel has own parkinglot or not but you shurely can not book a parkingplace in advance.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, where the breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Paulo at reception, who was an absolute great gentlemen. As a family, traveling can be challenging, but Paulo’s kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier. His warmth and attentiveness truly touched our hearts and made our stay unforgettable.

Big room clean nice staff

It’s a bit far and from the center you have downhill to walk for 29 mins , downhill is ok but up hill it’s a bit hilly , but but there is bus stop a bit further down the. Hotel and it was really easy to go up and down if it doesn’t feeel to walk , buy application bus from The mobile application and buy tickets from there It’s easy

The staff were very helpful when needed and breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good value.

This is not a complaint but rather an observation: the add states that “A FEW MINUTES FROM THE TOWN CENTRE AND THE PORT OF TRIESTE, BETWEEN THE SEA AND THE CARSO.”. that is true going into town because it is downhill. For anyone with any mobility issues that we’re hoping to walk down and back, it would be very difficult as the grade of the hills are quite steep; especially if you are not used to a city like this.

They should be a little less vague regarding the parking availability when u book just few hours in advance, but understandable

Service was perfect - all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile with information and advice. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The hotel was really clean and location was slightly out of the main city centre which is what we prefer. Lovely walk back each day from city centre or the castle.

The property is very clean and comfortable, it is at a great location and public transport is very close to the hotel, i highly recommend. The staff were very helpful, nice and understanding. Overall, i loved the hotel and the staffs hospitality!
