The hotel is close to the center. They have an underground private parking lot for which I paid an extra €10 a night. The apartment was very large with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and a job. It was pretty clean.

The furniture and appliances in the apartment were quite old, nothing modern, nothing new. Lack of air conditioning (although we were informed about this in advance). During the day the sun was directly shining into the apartment and it was very hot.

Diego and Silvia were very nice and helpful. They were exceptionally welcoming and nice, they suggested to us what to see and where to eat. It was our first time in Trieste but for sure not the last! A big plus is parking in the garage and delicious breakfast. The city center is also very close and we were walking there every day. The apartment was super clean and comfy, we felt like at home. We loved our stay and for sure we will come back. Thank you so much for this great stay!

The aparthotel has everything one could require to stay, even for a long time. It is practically an aparment with reception. The receptionists were extremely kind and helped us in many ways. First they prepared the room for us hours before official check-in. They helped a lot with places to visit and gave us transport information. They even lent us a universal adaptor plug! The garage is directly under the property and is provided with lift. This was extremely practical and useful. The center of the town is around 30 mins on foot, but the walk is pleasant, straightforward and level.

Exceptionally friendly and caring staff, great breakfast, excellent parking, quiet neighbourhood (one can sleep very well!), downtown is easily accessible (20 min walk or nearby bus), spacious apartment, great value for the money!

I really enjoyed my stay, it is hard to find downsides...maybe I would have liked a few more plugs near the beds, but an extension cord is available in the living room so it was easy to fix :)

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition to the typical Italian sweet breakfast - cakes and sweet pastries - you can also have cheese, butter and ham with buns or several types of bread and zwiebacks with or without gluten. In addition to regular butter, lactose-free butter is also available. The coffee is also typical Italian, which means: very, very good. Refills available! The parking garage is a great advantage, since there is a serious lack of parking spaces in Trieste. The hotel is located in a quiet street a little outside the center, but everything is still very accessible. The city center is a twenty-minute walk away, as are the Park of Remembrance and the Cathedral of San Giusto, and the port is a half-hour walk away.

Summers in Trieste are very hot, so it would be very nice if the apartments were air-conditioned. If you are traveling by car and you have a roof box, please note that the entrance to the garage is only two meters high, so you will need to dismantle the box to be able to park the car in the garage. Your hosts will no doubt warn you about this.

The first thing to know is that this is not a hotel room, but a one bedroom apartment. It is very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Separate kitchen with basic equipment, adequate even for a longer stay. A spacious bedroom with a huge closet and a comfortable bed. Comfortable living room with large sofa and decent dining table. Good breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, more than adequate for this price range.

In all honesty, I couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe some things could be better, but certainly not in this price range. Maybe the breakfast time could be longer than 9:30, for example until 10:00.

Everything was great, we had a nice big apartment with air conditioning. The room was also very clean. Stuff was super nice, especially the receptionist. We got good tips to discover Triest. Location is great too, ca. 20 mins walks to the center and the port. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of different options and fresh coffee. Highly recommended, would visit again.

The owner was extremely nice with us. We had check out at 10 am but our flight was ar 9.55 pm and we were traveling with two babies. When we were going to leave her the keys she asked about our flight time. She realized we were going to be in the city center with our luggage and babies and offered FREE the room until 7pm. She didn't charge us for extra late check out and let us be in our room until evening. That was really kind of her. Thank you so do much! You made our trip even better!!

You can walk to city center but if you want to go fast you need to take bus. But still, perfect place to stay.

The underground parking was good to have as finding parking is a nightmare here. Large apartment with 2 lifts. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Some distance from the town centre however it was a nice easy walk through some interesting areas so we enjoyed our walk to and from town. There was a shop handy as well was a bonus.

The manager was friendly, welcoming, and generous. I arrived after the registration desk was closed but I had clear instructions for how to enter the property and collect my keys 😀 Also loved the fact there is a lift to the 4th floor! The rooms are spacious, and everything is easy to find. Although the accommodation is not in the centre, the transport links (buses) are easy to use and take just a few minutes. Property clearly states no Aircon (thankyou). It was hot weather but the rooms were bearable with the help of the fan and the 'penguin' (a sort of extractor fan that blows air). There is a Despar supermarket very near by for supplies.

The shower head leaked (I really needed a shower!) And the toilet cistern was running continuously, but I closed the door and couldn't hear it, so it did not disturb my sleep. There didn't seem to be any clothes washing facility??? So I'm glad that I wasn't staying long enough to need it.
