I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the night staff at the front desk, especially the lady who was working during my stay. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She handled everything with patience and kindness, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. She even took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and top-notch service these days, but she truly made my stay a great experience. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about their guests, this is it! I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again to the amazing night desk clerk for your outstanding service!

I liked that it was around the corner from the Honda center.

I didn’t like that they couldn’t/wouldn’t bring up a luggage cart. Or help me bring it down. I was alone with my 3 year old and 9month old. I had to leave my baby sleeping in the room while me and my toddler went down to get the cart. Then I had a full stroller and the full cart to bring down alone. I had my husband to help bring the kids and our stuff up the night before. But he left early to work the following morning. Was looking forward to their free breakfast but I was disappointed again. It consisted of small blueberry muffins and nutragrain bars and coffee.

Need a hot breakfast and juice.

The parking lot needs security, too many thieves! Walking around. And it needs ice machines.

How close it was to the location that I needed to go to. How friendly the staff members were to us. How fast they were able to accommodate me and my family And how your facility is pet friendly.

I rented three rooms. One of the room’s was clean, the second room had a dead cockroach in the window frame, the third room had trash from the previous occupants in the trash can, had opened and used soap from previous occupants and lastly the water from the bathtub kept on running the whole time I was there.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us attending both Disneyland & Star Wars Celebration. You will need a car to get to this hotel but the area is nice and mostly quite set between a large movie theater, and restaurants. This hotel worked great for us as it had a large fridge and an area for us to prepare our snacks and meals. Laundry services were very convenient after a long day at Disney.

The only thing I disliked was the AC unit would cut off often. I assume to save energy, but it was very loud and annoying.

There was an issue with the sink in our booked room and they were at capacity however staff found a suitable solution for it not to interfere with our stay.

close proximity to Honda Center which we walked to; fwy, movie theater, Starbucks; reasonable price for the area and holiday week; friendly staff member

The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable; no coffee maker or utensils; cups; small towels; bathroom wall deteriorating ( puffy means moisture= mold) and just painted over to conceal

Within walking distance of the Honda Arena

We came into the lobby and before i could say anything, the woman behind the counter said, there's no rooms ready for check in. Not five minutes later a group came in and THEY WERE TREATED KINDLY, POLITELY, AND GUESS WHAT? MULTIPLE ROOMS WERE READY!!! I got in line to ask what happened to rooms not being available, and she rolled her eyes and checked me in. Not sure what that was all about, but it was rude and didn't make any sense at all.

The Hotel and the staff itself was excellent!

The couple next to me as beyond terrible!!!! Plays loud music for long periods of time! Arguments, just does not care about other people around. I wish they would kick them out. Clearly he doesn't belong in this beautiful Hotel.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The two ladies at the front desk were polite and helped us check in, Tanya and Jasmine has really nice, polite customer service and as my friend and I were not from the area, they helped with recommendations on where to go that was walking distance. There were also 2 other ladies who were very nice. I believe one was called Isabel. Everyone was very helpful when we checked out as we had a few hours to spend before getting a train and looked after our luggage as we went out for something to eat.

That it was raining when we left but that's is nothing you can control :)
