I liked the room location and the city view. Also good food.

I didn’t like the AC in room. The room temperature was a little hot every day. I always wake up swet in the middle of the night. The room temperature does not perfectly cool. This is not the first time I complain about this. I already did in previous stays and seems they don’t pay enough attention. You need to change the unit. I had to switch off the AC most of the time because my nouse was bleeding because of dry air, just the fan was blowing not the air conditioner. The AC unit needs to be repaired or replaced.

The facilities were nice, and being on the first floor there was easy acess to the ground level. Staff was really helpfull and nice. Location of hotel was good and close to shopping mall, shops, hospital, etc.

One of the rooms was not properly clean on the arrival, two of the pillow cases had to be replaced, there was some dust area on the headrest, the bed sheets were not properly pulled. One of the toilets was not well cleaned. On the arrival the elevator had a problem and we had to go by stairs to the 1st floor. Tv channels were limited and image quality in one of the tv's was not good, despite technician was there it did not improve much. Tv's remote did not work properly. In the wc we could hear next room wc water noise. Called main reception for support and it took a few calls to have problem sorted. In one of the rooms was lacking a rest chair. Breakfast was good but it could have more variety of choice.

my room , i absolutely adored...it was big and quite fresh even if there was an air conditioner..it was the best..although it was on the second floor i adored!!

the tv channels , they could make use of more movie channels and take out a music channel that looks like more porn than music itself..they could at least put 4 serious movie channels not the nigerian movie channel or nigerian music channel that advertises their politician, it is an hotel not a political campain center..

excepcionally good,it is well located, few minutes from Wernil shopping mall and the breakfast improved a lot with an automatic expresso coffe machine

they can install a new lift

Located close to city centre and highway. Safe surroundings. Large room and bathroom with modern amenities, beautiful tiles in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Restaurant and security staff welcomed us back on our return a week later.

Staff made a plan to provide dinner even though there was no Power since 1400hrs to midnight. Very friendly people.

There was no Electricity from 1400hrs to midnight. without to back up power and no internet. Had no hot water to take a bath or shower that night.

The hotel is a bit outdated, especially the lift and the lobby..

Contemporary design, proximity to town and malls. Rooms were well-equipped and comfortable.

Elevator wasn't working,and I was on the 2nd floor.
