I like the view of our room it is so relaxing and this is the purpose of our trip. Definitely we will come back to warwick its worth it for our vacation. And i like the smell of the hallway too 😅 I also like the food, the steak i ordered and the price is less expensive but with quality though a little salty, you should add additional variety maybe a twist of asian food choices too😅

The buffet breakfast is awesome but i hope there would be choices for Asian breakfast next time 😅 The new towels should be laundried first, it is good because all are new but it should be wash first before letting people used it.. for hygienic and health purposes

I loved everything about the stay. It was terrific. We stayed in the Junior suite with a sea view. It is worth the money. Breakfast was good with options as well. The room had beautiful decor. The view was perfect. The swimming pool area had privacy.

Everything was stupendous. The only thing which I didn't like is personal. The pool was too deep. That is okay but because I don't know how to swim I couldn't enjoy it fully.

This is my second time booking this hotel, and it certainly won’t be the last. Every time I need accommodation in Jubail Industrial City, this is my go-to choice, especially when traveling with my family. The hotel is cozy, comfortable, and offers a relaxing stay for everyone. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for all our needs. Highly recommended!

Location, welcoming staff… Wonderful breakfast chef Ashraf personally taking care of quality of food. Abul kalam good facilitate guest n Mohfeez-ur-Reham waffle n veg omelette were fantastic!!!

Construction, require few fixes in bathroom like shower n toiletries quantity, it must be adjusted accordingly to guest automatically, rather giving call to front desk!!!

The location was great because it was near many establishments and the corniche area was just few minutes away. They also granted our request for a non smoking and corner room and we had such a wonderful sea view which I paid for an extra charge. We took the junior suite and it was spacious enough for 3 adults & 2 kids, they just gave us another bed with an extra charge as well. The facilities were also good enough to be utilized & we had the pool to ourselves when we went there. The breakfast buffet was also sumptuous. We enjoyed our whole stay in general.

The room’s magnetic card did not function for a couple of times when we used it on our 2nd day of stay, so we had to go down to the reception to have it fixed. There were also times when the security guard wasn’t able to open the gate going to the parking area so we had to wait for some time before he could let us in( with this I think that guests should have their own gate cards for access). Lastly, there was a leakage under the sink area which made the water overflow outside of the cabinet which I think should have been checked by the Maintenance before guests do come & check into the room. But these were just minor glitches though, which we didn’t make a great deal of because of the many & great points offered to us by the hotel.

Clean, nice staff, comfortable room and good location!

1 - Gym is very old. The only machine of weights is damaged and overall unequipped gym. 2- pool and gym closes at 8 PM. Also pool needs some cleaning and care. 3- I put the “please make up my room” and my room was not cleaned. I was there for 4 nights and they only cleaned my room once. 4- Parking gate takes forever for security to open

Everything. Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Will book again.

At level 1 we cannot exactly see the sea and cannot open the curtain as people can see us.

i) Location - It is near to beach and park in Fanateer area. You can take strolls peacefully around in evening. ii) Reception Staff - They are courteous and always available for support.

i) Wifi- Internet was weak and unstable. Even with multiple complaints to reception, it could not be fixed. I was there for work and needed to work on big files online urgently which I could not do with Wifi. Ultimately, I had to buy separate 4G package and could work a little but still it was insufficient.

The reception team is available 24 hours a day. An excellent and distinguished team. Special thanks to Mohammed Rashid for his always smiling face and high cooperation with customers.
