We only stayed one night at the hotel, and since we didn't have any higher expectations, it was okay and it suited us well: not so far from the centre, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The workers could barely speak English, which was a surprise, since the hotel has "international" in its name. It was possible to have an exchange of words, but not a full conversation.

The breakfast is amazing. The front garden and the sunrise view make it more appealing. Additional features like the gym, pool, and massage are wonderful.

It would be better to provide English description of food in the menu and maybe soundproof panels in rooms. :)

prime location ,cozy room, modern swimming pool with sauna, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and lot of choices. Great value for money and good lounge to grab an afternoon tea/coffee

Very nice hotel in central location in Medan. The hotel has big rooms and offers bath amenities.

Noise from other guests both mornings in the hallways, doors not soundproof. Breakfast with good choice, but floor sometimes not totally clean. No safe in hotel room.

Staffs could not be bothered to smile.Does not cost you nothing to be polite n helpful if you are working in hotels. Smile can help so much in life.Some people's should have some manners just to say Thank you to door man when he stand by the door all day just to open the door for visitors n help with their luggage.They are human being too just like everyone else. Sorry have to be honest not disrespect anyone else.

All staff are very attentive, professional and polite.

I was put in the wrong room at first, however when I came down to reception to inform them they immediately rectified it.
