The Hotel is very clean, ample space for our vehicle, looks new and fresh, spacious room despite its budget friendly, the location is close to the city center, easy to locate, not crowded, the facilities is enough for my purpose to visit Thailand, and the hotel did have staff to converse in English and Malay.

The only drawback is the water pressure of their shower is very low. while the other water outlet doesn't have this issues. I hope that this hotel can improve in this part. After doing our activities and sweating, we need to take shower but the pressure is low.

Basically, it’s a motel with parking right in front of the door. The grounds and the small houses are very well maintained and clean, and there’s nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness in the accommodation itself. The beds are very comfortable (something we rarely experienced during our past weeks in Thailand). The motel is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the Malaysian border. Overall, we can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Overall, the hospitality at the hotel was excellent, from the location and ambiance to the staff and front desk service. I am especially grateful to the hotel staff who were incredibly helpful when my car battery died. Their assistance truly made my holiday blessed and memorable.

The only improvement would be to have phones in the rooms, which is currently lacking.
