We visit Fortune House hotel for onlyl one day after our week family Cruise we wish we had more days to stay longer this is a beautiful and wonderful place to stay it looked modern and up to date we walked to Publix and purchase sub sandwiches we really didn't utilize the kitchen much very spaces overlooking the counter top a sitting area table sits 4 can be very romantic for couples white flooring was a plus good lighting in every room profit location walking distance to drugstore,Publix other restaurants also the hotel have it own restaurant on site my suite 25th floor overlooked downtown Miami loved sitting on the balcony at night it was amazing comfy beds not too hard or soft just right we had a good night sleep our one night stay was exceptional it was eight of us in total we had two suites one and two bedrooms and they both had sofa beds I have to admit my grandson stated he really didn't have to go on the cruise he could've stayed there for a week with no problem lol. Please be mindful there is a resort fee add on daily and valet parking $30 a day. Thank you everyone from the front desk to valet parking you all were awesome!!! I would stay here again if you need somewhere to stay and traveling to Miami you should try this place . phenomenal !

For three people 2 adults and one teenager 16 the suites needs more towels in the bathroom and extra bedding Sheets for the sofa beds for one day $30 day parking was a bit much but not surprising it's clearly in the reviews I called and asked about the resort fee before visiting I didn't want any surprise at the end of the stay I was told it was included into the total price, the fee wasn't added in the total we had to pay a resort fee check out time for a one night stay this wasn't a big deal at all but could be for another family or couple please make it known the resort fee may not be added up front. Thank you

We were upgraded to a better and more spacious apartment which was a very nice surprise. It was comfortable and the views from the balcony were excellent. The staff were helpful and efficient. The location was great - in a very nice area very close to city transport and good eating places. Happy hour was great for food.

The kitchen wasn't well equipped - exactly 4 sets of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The apartment could have done with a few more essential items such as a cleaning cloth for worksurfaces, drying towel for plates/cutlery, corkscrew, etc. A bit of a letdown considering the standard of everything else.

Very good location near the Brickell center area. Very nice amenities provided, as well as a nicely equipped kitchen available in the apartment. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The gym is very well equipped, much better than any other hotel gym (and this is one of the reasons I always favor staying at this hotel). The staff is very helpful and friendly too.

Parking can be a bit expensive, since it is only through a valet service.

The building was beautiful. The room was on the 25th floor and we booked one with a view of the bay. It was spacious and clean. We appreciated the full service kitchen too because we were able to heat up over leftovers the next day, and run the dishwasher. You do have to call the front desk if you want housekeeping. Otherwise, I recommend this place!

When I was going over my bill, I noticed a $70 charge for valet parking, except I didn't rent a car or need parking while we were there. I called the front desk, and they took care of the issue immediately and refunded me.

Great location. Excellent rooms. Newly refurbished pool. Restaurant and bar downstairs does breakfast through dinner. Valet parking was perfect and took our large truck. Miami is a great city and very walkable.

It was perfect!

The whole experience was amazing. The low cost of the room made me worry that it may not be as nice as it was. We were very pleasantly surprised! The room was beautiful and very clean, well maintained. The staff was so nice. The ease of checking in and out was nice. I loved that they sent me a text ahead of time with the option to order and have groceries delivered. The restaurant on site was good. I 10 out of 10 recommend this place.

Great hotel, great location, amazing staff. The fitness room is really good, well equipped and well maintained in general. The bedroom amenities were also very nice, with a laundry machine, hair drier, and a very good kitchen. Everything was quite clean, and the housekeeping services were proactive about feedback of their services, and on flexible schedules.

The pool was going through some maintenance, but that was very a minor point during my stay.

The space! We were travelling with a teenager. So much more room than a hotel and half the price! We loved it. We arrived early but as our room was ready we could go straight up. It was a lifesaver! We could walk everywhere from there, our dinner reservation was 100m from the hotel and the 7 eleven just round the corner was handy to pick up a few things. Staff were super lovely and water was available at the front desk. So necessary! In room service available from restaurant next door

Nothing! We don't do rave reviews often, but this place was perfect

We absolutely loved being greeted with champagne and water! Lobby decor was exotic with beautiful large orchids to enhance the marble floors, counters and backdrop with waterfall. Kitchen was spotless with everything shiny (no fingerprints). The deep oversized sinks are beautiful. Lighting was bright but not glaring. I would suggest at least one night light in bedrooms and baths though. Staff was very accommodating and brought us iron and ironing board as requested, even though it was late at night. Restaurant next door had very tasty food reasonably priced.

The balcony was not appealing to sit. You couldn't see anything unless you were standing to look over the wall. No furniture out there either. The hot tub was barely warm and not bubbling. There doesn't seem to be a schedule for the piano playing so that one can plan to come down to listen.

Rooms were very spacious and we had an upgrade to a balcony overlooking the sea. Hotel located in a very sought after part of Miami and not too far from port Miami

The corridors could be a brighter. I thought they were a bit dark
