it couldn’t have been better! I was booked in a hostile about a half a mile away and it was raining and I was able to find a room here last minute. I figured out how to get up there pretty well. That’s not too easy, but once I did, the receptionist was so lovely! They had the room ready in no time and it was absolutely luxurious! She also recommended a fantastic restaurant that I walked down to, and I just loved it!

Beautiful old building, modernised. .Great decor . Comfortable and sizable room , friendly & helpful staff, grazie Mariza for waiting for my late arrival from Rome. Fabulous location. 👌 Several free parking suggestions. Acces to the Palazzo can be by lift.

Everything was great. A little l'ong life ' milk to go with the coffee , but I understand 😊

The apartment is very nice. Super well furnished, designed with style and geared for comfort. Great views of the square and the lake can be admired from the windows. Also, the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and readily available, both cleaners and management, at all times. The cleanliness in both the apartment and the common areas was impeccable. The terrace on the top floor has the best view you can possibly imagine.

The walls and windows are pretty thin. You do hear what is happening in the square, and especially adjacent rooms (including upstairs), a bit too much. It wasn't always easy to sleep at night. Also, I feel the kitchen should come with some basics like a kitchen towel, salt and pepper, oil, and dish soap.

Spacious and clean apartment with a lovely terrace. Fantastic view and great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The kitchen is a little spartan and it would have been difficult to prepare a full meal. It was fine to make tea and coffee and breskfast for 2 people.

The location was fine. Apartment is amazing. Everything is new with modern design. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable. All towels are clean and wite. I recommend it. The views from the terrace are amazing. Also there is a sauna.

In the morning was very noisy, because of the cleaning service outside.

Room opened up to a Piazza. Very modern. Bed was comfy. Host was friendly. Located in the middle of old town.

Difficult to find. Luggage company had difficulty delivering to reception. Room was comfy but decor was cold feeling.

The hotel is on a square on the way up to Roca del Papi. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and a good size. A good quality breakfast was available at the cafe next door

Really exceptional room which overlooked the main square of Montefiascone. There was also a beautiful roof garden which overlooked the lake from where you could you could watch the sunset. There were cafes and restaurants very close at hand. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was a bit confusing but it really was worth the wait.

Little unsure that we needed to take the lift to the 3rd floor to find reception. Took us a while to figure out how to turn the shower on!

An unexpected treat for walkers on the Via Francigena: a completely renovated, very luxurious appartement in an historical town, on the path, next to an excellent bar, restaurants nearby.
