A boutique hotel with soul. Rooms super equipped and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Excellent local cuisine in the restaurant. Our hearts were stolen by the owner of the property Margherita - an overly lovely person, hospitable that you feel taken care of like family. I sincerely recommend with my family. The room was cozy and with a great balcony with amazing views to the lake. The treatment received was charming and familiar. We checked in late, and there was no problem. The whole dining room has views to the lake and the breakfast was good. We loved the deco and the staff. This is a hidden gem 💎 in the middle of Italy 🇮🇹

The staff was very accommodating to our needs as a family with young children. The room was very spacious, much bigger than the pictures showed. They were very helpful to return some items i forgot-thank you! There are a nice details to the hotel, pieces of art, and places to relax outside your room. wifi was good

The outdoor space was over gown but perhaps this changes in the high season.

The Hotel is beautifully located in the green with stunning views of the Bolsena lake. It is best reachable with car and several destinations in the area are close. What mad sour stay exceptional was Margarita, who really cared about us and our needs. That is something rare nowadays and we really appreciated that.

The location is incredible as our room and the restaurant have I credible views over the lake. The hotel director was incredibly sweet and kind. The restaurant food was delicious, highly recommended.

Breathtaking view, immersed in the quietness of nature near Lake Bolsena. Spacious room and very cordial hospitality by the lady at the reception!

Would need some refurbishment but it's OK. The rest makes up for it.
