The reception staff was very nice, and the hotel is very clean, has free parking near the hotel and great location. Breakfast was diversified.

I think that the rooms are not well isolated, you could hear everything from one room to another, from 7.30 I could not sleep, after the neighbors left the rooms the maids started cleaning, and they were very loud. At breakfast although it was until 10, at 9 o'clock there were already a few things and they didn't bring any more.

Free Parking, elevator, downtown is across the street. Do pull into the white ellipse in front of Hotel Platani and drop off your bags. Then follow the staff’s directions to Hotel’s gated parking lot close by. Our room was stylish, although the bathroom needed updating. The bed had only one thin comforter plus the bedspread, inadequate for winter conditions and no extra blanket in the room. Luggage racks were not available in the room. The glass balcony doors would not stay closed during a night of heavy winds. We had to prop a chair against the doors. My travel partner caught a cold as a result of the cold air. The dining-room staff were very friendly and accommodating. We found the milk for cereal was not kept cold, unless it was meant to be once warm. The usual sweet Italian style breakfast was abundant, with a few exceptions-the giant, tasty, marble poundcake that dominated the serving table and the excellent, jammy, hard boiled eggs (on request), very nice! We found Bolsena to be a town rich in religious history with the basilica of Santa Cristina, the Catacombs and the tomb of Santa Cristina. We also had fun visiting the lovely shops in the town center.

Ideal location, good value for money. Staff welcoming. Room and hotel very clean. Spare pillows. Buffet breakfast. Ate dinner in the hotel, food lovely and reasonable price. We will definitely stay again

Corner shower cubicle doors are very narrow. Some people would have difficulty getting in and out. We were ok but it could spoil someone's stay unless they checked first.

Everything was amazing! Staff were very friendly in special the receptionist who welcomed us very late in the night after a long drive! What could be more amazing that a warm person greeting you with smile and positive attitude. Guided us for parking our car and accommodate us with all what we needed. The breakfast delicious! Location. Well placed both for the city of Bolsena and the lakeside.

We booked at the last minute and the room we got was perhaps not one of the best. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means.

There is a sauna and a massage bathtub, which is very comfortable; you can walk anywhere.

The car park is close by, but it is quite small, so if there are many passengers, you will not have enough space to park.

Very good hotel.we had a large room with balcony. Parking is easy (you need a code from reception to open the gate). Breakfast was very nice.

A bit noisy because the hotel is on a busy street and our room was on the front.

Beautifully presented rooms, lovely bathrooms, friendly staff, late checkin. Almost a fairytale feel to this hotel, and it's walking distance to the lake. Easy parking for my large van.

Great location The front desk staff (N.) was very helpful. We were allowed to store our bikes in the basement while we stayed at the hotel. Great pool at the partner hotel.

We were first given a room that was very close to an outdoor ventilation which was noisy. The staff was kind enough to change our room.

First at all the staff, very cooperative and helpful. The restaurant service very good and an exceptional flavors in food, specially the local Lake fish, good wine and an excellent breakfast.

The city of Bolsena is a place to enjoy the peace, beauty. It is a very safe town.
