The location is perfect, with a lovely beach, beautiful gardens and a great terrace overlooking the water. The breakfast served there is generous and can be enjoyed at a lazy holiday pace! Our rooms were across the road but that really didn’t matter - and they are grand, with big bathrooms (best shower I’ve come across in years!) and a private balcony. The style of the hotel is part of the fun - think Agatha Christie! - and immaculately kept.

The wi-fi could be better, and it would have been nice to know sooner that there’s a back road into town rather than just the busy one with no sidewalk.

The night before arrival I got a message that due to heating issues they move me to other hotel - Hotel Royal. In the long run it was even better for me - as location was even better as was not there for beach. In general hotel Royal was great

Absolutely awful breakfast . Hope its because of low season

The location is outstanding, beautiful lake view and surroundings, quiet and very clean. The service was excellent, we arrived after 10pm, the lady at the reception was very kind and so is the staff at the morning. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, the shower is tiny, very simple room, but very clean. No elevator, you need to carry your laggage up by stairs, although only one floor. Good breakfast, you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Overall we had a very good experience.

It was in a very nice location although further from the town than we thought.

The restaurant was closed when we arrived (very hungry) on Wednesday and didn’t open until Friday evening. No food available other than breakfast and local restaurants a drive away.

We didn’t actually stay at the Hotel Lido because of heating issues, but they transferred us to the Hotel Royal instead. we were not originally aware of the change, but the staff at the Hotel Royal did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. They even allowed us to choose the room of our preference between two options. It was clean and beautiful and the staff welcoming and friendly. We are already making plans to return in September.

The staff was amazing and lovely. Location is incredible (lakeview room). Rooms and building clean and well maintained. Breakfast really good. Suggested.

We could easily hear the water flow of the neighbors; I would improve the sound resistance of the walls between rooms.

Staying here is all about the view which is stunning looking across the lake. We felt we were out of season, as there were only a few other guests which gave the place an empty feel. Breakfast was ok but we booked it for the view which is exceptional

The hotel is near the lake and it has private beach. We got tickets to the pool at Camping village , it was excellent. Close to Bolsona and Orvieto Breakfast was good and was served on the hotel terrace. Free parking

The reception desk representative do not speak English and we had to get around it. No other facilities on site.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were phenomenal. Would stay again.

It’s a little far away from the actual town. It has it’s own beach access which is nice, but it’s not walkable to any of the town activities or restaurants.

Breakfast was ok, dinner not good and overpriced! nicely landscape, great lake beach, close to small town.

Meals could have been better, hotter in temperature! Very small room, very slow internet
