Theses are extremely basic rooms. They have no amenities but you get what you pay for. The place was clean, safe and the staff was responsive. The breakfast was basic but not unappealing. I had a good experience.

Train noisy

The hotel’s response to messages was very efficient, making it perfect for travelers who need to leave early the next day. The staff were friendly, there was free parking, and an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The towels were clean and very new, and there was absolutely no smell of smoke in the hotel. The restaurant next door offers a 10% discount for guests, and the food was surprisingly delicious.

The single bed was deformed (not sure if they are aware of this), and the air conditioning was not effective, so I had to sleep with the window open. The overall design feels old, but it is clean. A downside is that it’s close to the train station; although the noise wasn’t too disruptive, there was still some sound. Pillow was not comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very small, there’s no place to put toiletries in shower, and the door handle was also broken. Breakfast options were limited. No scrambled eggs etc or vegetable but is good enough.

Good location

Right by a train track which I hadn’t realised and the pillows were very uncomfortable. In one of the rooms there was no fridge as advertised and the aircon was not up to scratch.

We knew this hotel was in the budget bracket but it did its job really well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple but clean, comfortable and welcoming rooms. The family room was great value and the breakfast was absolutely great.

Some ants got in from the balcony and were crawling all over one of our bags.
