The host and staff were very friendly and responded to any of our needs. Property is well located and very nice. And the dogs were very friendly and we enjoyed having them around (Joy and Jenny).

Ramona was a great host along with the accommodations. Location was excellent as it was easy to drive the short distance into town. Beautiful setting.

The agriturismo is beautiful and peaceful. There are fruit trees everywhere. The entire grounds are so picturesque and calming. We were given remote access to come and go as we pleased. Every time we arrived back to the agriturismo we were greeted by two sweet dogs! The old town of Orvieto was just an easy few minutes drive. Francesca had a lovely breakfast spread every morning before we set out on our adventures. We met so many wonderful fellow travelers, all with a different story and background. The entire visit was just delightful! Our room was super clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. I loved that the towels and linens are dried on the clothes line instead of a dryer so they smelled fresh. Cold water and snacks are provided for free in a fridge in the hallway. We could not have asked for a better accommodations on our first trip to Orvieto! Would love to return some day.

The shower is a bit tight but, really, a very insignificant point considering how lovely Podere Sette Piagge is.

Beautiful spot with the gorgeous backdrop of the Orvieto cliffs. The building, terrace, landscaping, pool & rooms were all fantastic. The staff were very helpful & friendly & I really liked the fact that it’s a family run business. 👏I’m in love with Jenny the dog, too!

Although I love Jenny, she doesn’t pick up her poops on the lawn so you had to be careful where you stepped in the grass around the pool area.

Hard to fault anything here. Francesca was friendly, informative about local attractions and restaurants and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was a treat each morning and on the last day when we had to leave early she provided us with a delicious bag of fresh fruit, cheese, ham and bread. Thank you. The pool is lovely and the garden very pretty. The weather was mixed but you can't blame Francesca for that! It is a shame that there is no restaurant there but we dined really well in Orvieto and a restaurant very close. We were on foot and enjoyed the walk up in to Orvieto.

The lack of a restaurant is a little inconvenient but the local restaurants and those in Orvieto more than make up for it.

Amazing stay at an amazing location! The owner greeted us as we arrived. The property was breathtaking, we rented the apartment and the space was fantastic. We are a family of four. The apartment had two large rooms and two bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculate! The grounds are gorgeous and the two little dogs are friendly and fit the ambiance. The location is perfect, quiet yet easy at access all the beautiful towns- especially Orvieto. Extra bonus was the delicious breakfast and coffee!!! This was a five star experience with a family feel.

Everything! It looked like something out of a fairytale! So beautiful! Francesca was kind, beautiful and amazing. We couldn’t find the property so she drove to find us so we could follow her. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfy. the breakfast was delicious and the setting was perfect and looked like something out of a movie!! the food was fresh, plentiful and delicious.. so was the coffee.. Jenny, the little dog was the center of attention.. so sweet and affectionate. Francesca let us leave our suitcases in the office after our check out time so we could explore the city. I highly recommend this property.. You will definitely fall in love with it!!

There was nothing to dislike! Everything was perfect! the only thing i disliked was that i wasn’t able to stay there longer!!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views, the room, the breakfast, the staff and pool were all amazing. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The breakfast was a stand out. To get into the city, they provide you with a taxi number and they were so helpful.
